Clomid dose for restart

What dose and for how many weeks is suggested for a reatart cycle with clomid? Seem to be reading 12.5mg eod but not sure how long. Can you also run low dose of aromasin eod along with this at say 12.5mg as well to help estro?

What if a 6 week cycle was run and looking like:
Weeks 1-6 aromasin 12.5mg m,w,f before bed
Weeks 2-4 clomid 12.5mg m,w,f upon waking

50mg a day for 2 weeks then 25mg a day for 2 weeks. Not sure about aromasin in restart.

You really want to taper off a serm and you really want to start at 50mg.
