Strong Kroc rows man. I thought the purpose of them were to hit 20-30 reps before moving up the weight, otherwise it's just a DB row? (They are relatively new to me)
 
It's not really about the amount of reps. There's a video of Kroc himself doing the 300b. DB for 13 reps. It's just about explosive power pulling. It's a little more upright position than regular DB rows. Hand on a rack or something in front of you instead of a bench. Whereas also a DB Row is strict to form. Watch some heavy Kroc Row videos and form is the last thing they are concerned about.

I'm digging it. Today makes the first time through all 6 sessions. I like that I can pick my favorite movements and slap them together for each given day. I write down all my workouts literally 10 workouts ahead (at least) so I can see what movements get favored when I'm fresh and then I can rotate them the next time through. Glad to hear about you man. Keep that body moving and strong and the mind focused. It can do nothing but good I'm sure as long as your doc approves.

Side Note...

No sign of back pumps on the SLDL's today!! Woo Hoo

Yet as I got out of the shower just now, the towel hit my right nip and it freaking hurt. Not just sensitive, but painful. And as I walked into the other room I could literally feel my nip bouncing. Still looks tight. And amid the sensitivity over the past couple weeks, I had wanted to maintain my e3d day dose of .5mg Adex. So I took a whole mg right now and will probably move to every other day. At least until I add the Masteron, which will keep estrogen down.
 
Effective SLDL session yesterday...DOMS from rear delts and traps, all the way down through the middle back, glutes, hams, and calves.

So.. I'm currently doing my first cut and it sucks. I love food and beer too much to be doing this. Lol it sucks having to fit alcohol into my macros.. Who votes I should just order some Test and some Tren to speed up the process of this cut so I can be a free man again.. Lol

I would suggest you don't do that or at least not until near the middle or end of your cut. I'm a very impatient person and want to go from bulk state to ripped quickly but I fight the urge because it's important to maintain discipline and willpower. If you shortcut a cut now you may set a dangerous precedent where you may find it difficult to ever cut naturally.

Today was 2nd day with X-Gels, Conqu3r, and Vital1ty. There is this moment, about 15 minutes into the workout where it just hits you. The sweat and pump are simultaneous and it starts pouring. No one else in the gym looks like this. I'm pouring with intensity. I can't wait til this takes off.]

I agree with it as well actually, I'm still going to finish this cut natural especially since it's my first. I'm 6'1" and about 206 pounds, not sure on body fat, probably around 14% if I was guessing. I started around 214, I want to get to about 10% I think, just get rid of these love handles and lower stomach fat.

Have been consistently hitting 3000-3300 cal/day with an emphasis on increased protein.

Averaging 290-330g P, 120-140g F, 80-150g C

But I am going to add in more carbs starting this week and try and reduce fat. Love that damn Peanut Butter by the spoonful though.

More oatmeal, brown rice and sweet potatoes as the sources.

Just started a Push/Pull/Legs alternating Power and Hyper routine.

Had been doing a 6 day Split prior to that.
 
Well things are going to get interesting, Just grabbed a bottle of Tren Ace. Going to run it low dose (50mg eod) as long as I can handle it. Also grabbed some Pharma Aromasin and Caber. Will run this 6 weeks and then start the Masteron.

Actually with the sleep aid I'm on I'm less scared of it. And just want to kill some BF before the Mast starts so it really shines.

Have you run Tren before? Are you gonna change your diet at all or should the addition of Tren be enough by itself?

I know when I was using oral Tren with Msten I ate like 4500+ calories and didn't gain a single pound of fat on cycle it seemed like that, even though I gained 20 pounds.

Just don't even bother with a scale. I gained weight in a SEVERE deficit and leaned out in 7 weeks what would've taken 3-4mo. Stuff is wicked tho for post cycle. Took me forever to recover and I felt like death.

Well I'll be off of the Tren for 6 weeks before pct starts. But either way I have an 8 week SERM pct planned.

I'm pretty excited to try it.

And will get back to that today. But needed to get the glycogen built up. An the machine went to work all night. The furnace burned, I woke up in sweats, and woke up swoll and somehow leaner, yet 4 lbs. added.

How are the B-day cake Oreo's? We have them up here in CDA and a ice cream sandwich version as well so curious if it's worth the cals for me.

Honda TRX 400 2013. Not brand new but new to us.

Nice, newer than mine. Lol I have a 2004 Yamaha Raptor 660. I had a 2007 Honda TRX450R that I had to rebuild the top end and the water pump, cause there was coolant getting in the oil. It was still happening after I did all that so I traded a guy who races for the Raptor.

But my Raptor doesn't even run now. Lol it doesn't want to start and I don't want to tear into it like I did the last one so I'm waiting on someone to fix it for me.
 
Haha well if you were in phoenix I know a slew of garage mechanics for quads and such.

Riding my buddy's '99 Banshee that he's tore down and rebuilt several times today was a little scary. Fun scary. I tell ya working out has it's benefits in so many areas in life. I felt like I could control the speed of that thing so good today.
