First off let me say thank you to the guys at FinaFlex for giving me this opportunity. And secondly an apology to everyone at FinaFlex. I was selected a few months ago to log Stimul8 and there BCAA/SAA. I started the log but had some personal issues that came up that kept me out of the gym. I'm happy to say things are working out now, so I'm here to finish what I started and shed some of this weight that I put on the last few months.

Now to the relevant stuff. I've put in 9 pounds and lost some muscle due to poor dieting and lack if gym time. I'm no stranger to hard work and with these products in my side I'm sure I'll get back to where I was it at least close. I have about 2 1/2 weeks left of the bcaa/saa and prolly 3 weeks on stimul8.

I'll get measurements done later and posted for everyone.
 
So this is actually my second day back on these products. Took stimul8 yesterday morning at 3/4 a scoop before my morning workout an it helped wake me up as I'm in the gym at 4AM and kept my energy up well into the morning without any crash which was awesome. Hit chest yesterday morning

Incline press 4x10
DB Flys 4x10
Cable crossovers Hi and Lo 3x10
Bench press 4x10 with drop sets down to the bar on the final set
Roman chair sit-ups 3x15
Russian twist on bench with DB 3x15

Then after work it up a HIIT routine with the wife and took the BCAA/SAA during this workout which tasted amazing and helped keep me moving throughout the short but grueling routine.

Push-ups
Dips
Windmills
Bear crawl 50 meters

Did 3 rounds of 30 secs of each of the above with a 90 sec break after the full routine before starting the next round. Then added planks in for 1 minute front and each side.

Side not anyone remind of the green jolly rancher with the apple blast Stimul8?

And now today took 3/4 scoop stimul8 got leg routine this morning and no HIIT this afternoon so will be taking the bcaa/saa during my workout. Wish me luck lol

Thanks guys! And yeah took some time creating this new routine and really liking it so far this is my second week running it. 5 day split in the morning with 3 days of HIIT in the afternoon.
 
Leg routine was on point and the sweat was pouring. Hopefully the addition of the bcaa/saa during this workout helps keep me from being so sore. Last week was killer the next couple days on my legs.

Front squat 4x10
Dead lift 4x10
Leg press 4x10 with 2 drop sets after the last set
Calf raises 4x10 all 3 angles
Hip adductor/abductor 4x10
Cable crunches 3x15
Cable Twists 3x15
 
Had to say I'm nowhere near as sore today as I was last week at this same time. Last week I could barely walk and I even took the weight up this week.

Hit shoulders this morning and felt great actually wanted more but had to leave for work.

Arnold press 4x10
Land mine press 4x10
Face pulls 4x10
Rear delt flys 4x10
BB shrugs 4x10 with a 10 sec hold at the end of each set
 
Geesh. I'd be toasted on those deads after FS.

Really liking the addition of the bcaa/saa to my routines the taste is amazing and I feel like i can workout again easily. Hardly any soreness which is a big difference from last week. The stimul8 is always great still keep thinking about green jolly ranchers lol. Def turns the heat up on my workouts. Down 2 lbs this morning. Hit arms this morning After dosing stimul8 at 3/4 scoop which I've learned is my sweet spot and I'll do 1/2 scoop on off days.

Skull crushers SS with reverse grip BB curls 4x10
Dips SS with hammer curls 4x10
Tricep bombers SS with Arnold curls 4x10 with drop sets after the last set.

Left the bi's pumped like crazy today.

Finished off with hanging leg raises with a 12 lb ball

You can keep them I got plenty to spare right now lol. Hopefully yours are in the form of gainz!!!

Got off work and went to the gym again for a HIIT session with the wife. Legs are shaking right now LOL. Drank the BCAA half before an the other half during breaks. That was prolly the enjoyable part of the routine lol.

3 rounds with 90 sec rest

20 wall balls
20 KB swings
20 step ups each leg
20 BB curls
20 Russian Twists

Then lol

8 mins on the bikes 30 sec coast followed by 30 sec sprint

So got up this morning had half a scoop of stimul8 then went for a little 2 mile run. Came back had some bcaa/saa and got the wife and kids up and headed to yoga. I have to say it's a lot harder than I ever expected lol. Feel super relaxed now though which is nice.
 
Wish my body would cooperate for yoga but all my damaged disc says no way...lol I applaud any guy who works out and does yoga!
 
I haven't done it in a while but I love yoga. When I did it once a week consistently I NEVER got injured in the gym.
 
Yeah it felt great and I slept like a baby this weekend lol. Back at it this week though.

Up at 3 this morning ate a banana then got everything ready for work. Drank some stimul8 on the way to the gym and had a great workout. Was focused and pumped from the minute I walked into the door. Even left a little later than I should have lol.

Deadlift 5 sets of 3
Pull ups 3 max sets
1 Arm row 4 sets of 10
Land mine Row 4 sets of 10
Double drop set after the last set
Ab roll outs 3 of 15

Gonna do some HIIT later with the wife.

I hear ya, it is easy to talk yourself out of things... but the fact that you got so much benefit from it... perhaps your wife would enjoy going to it with you?

Alright guys hit the gym again with the wife and killed the legs with a nice routine. Drank that delicious blue juice during breaks an that was about the only good part lol. I can def say this stuff is improving my recovery pretty good though. Haven't been very sore after any of my workouts and the weights are all going up.

20 squats
20 lunges each leg
20 donkey kicks each leg
20 flutter kicks
20 box jumps

3 rounds of that had my legs pumped then jumped on the treadmill for 5 mins uphill 5 mins jog and 5 mins walking
 
Been a cray busy day but still hit the gym twice today. Hit chest this morning with stimul8 in the veins I was pumped and ready to go. Seriously felt like I just wanted more and more lol. That changed in the afternoon though.

Then the afternoon sesh with the wife had me burnt out lol my shoulders are done.

3 rounds of that followed by planks 1 minute front, side, side then 5 mins in the bike, 5 on the stair master, and 5 on the treadmill for a cool down

Drinking the bcaa/saa throughout was the one good thing. Love the taste and recovery with this stuff.

On another note down to 19% bf from 20.5 and down 5 pounds.
 
Body was a bit tired yet yesterday ha trouble waking up so didn't have time to make it to the gym an had a job interview for a better job hopefully.

Hit it this morning though with legs and felt great. Started to get a little nauseous towards to end but I think that was more from just pushing so hard. Starting to get low on the bcaa/saa :( def gonna have to pick some more up when I get paid.

Thanks man the interview went well now just gotta see what they offer in terms of pay. Was told they had a lot of overtime available but then at the interview they said they don't work much OT.

Good morning everyone had an awesome workout this morning with shoulders wanted to push it hard in my shoulders since that's the area I feel like I need the most work so decided to go with a full scoop today. The energy was crazy and was sweating my ass off and had some wierd chills lol. Prolly gonna be late for work since I spent a little longer in the gym cause I was so focused.

Arnold press 4x10
Landline press 4x10
Face pulls SS hi and low 4x10
Delt destroyers 4x10
Wide grip upright row 4x10
BB shrug front and back 4x10

Shoulders are feeling pumped right now and tight. Work should be fun lol

Killer morning I missed the gym the other day so thought I'd catch up today before yoga. And I thought yoga was hard last time LOL. Not to mention not to mention a Hott blonde had to sit her mat a mere foot away from mine and my wife is in the other side omg!!!

Hit arms today though 3/4 scoop of the jolly rancher lol an drank the bcaa throughout the workout since I was doing yoga right after. Still tastes so amazing. What flavor bcaa/saa should I get next? I have the blue one right now.

Hammer curls 4x10

single arm tricep bombers 4x10

Did a double drop set at the end of these last two

Farmers walk 75m 3x10

20 min break with protein then an hour of yoga.

Very nice....

I just opened our new formula, ACTIVE AMINO Watermelon, and it literally tastes like a Jolly Rancher.
 
I don't know yet. Today's my first time trying it. In time, all the BCAA/SAA will be replaced though.
 
It is still a BCAA+SAA product, just a different blend of the two.
