I actually think the blue razz is sweet. However, I'm not big on sweet stuff.

I also like to add a 7 g scoop of blue Gatorade powder to have Iintra-workout carbs. They mix well together.
 
started with 2 caps . then went with my wife to hit the gym.

30 min of cardio- walked at the highest incline at 3.0-3.5 speed and burned 535 cal.

Shoulders-
Lat raises 4 sets back to back combined with front raises.

Dumbbell shoulder press-

Man I felt so hype before I tried 70s and couldn't quite get it bit man I don't know if I got stronger from then but man I'm liming this.

Rope upwright rows -

Hammer strength reverse row same weight and reps

So the recommend servings are to take 2 servings per day so I took 2 in the Am and will take 2 pills around 7 pm.

At that rate you'll be out of caps in 15 days bro.
 
It says

I think you'll see a better return running 1 serving BID over 4 weeks than 2 servings BID for 2 weeks.

Yea buddy my arms are soar today and still went and made up a back workout today with my wife then she dragged me in to the Zumba class lol.....hahahahahahahahah

I kinda wish my lady would get into the training gig .... she always says she wants to get in shape after seeing what I've done over the years but it never gets past that point.

That was that session man felt my legs felt like rocks after just leg curls .

I am still stunned my wife did 225 like a Boss!
 
that's cool about your wife... my wife got into it for awhile.. she was good at ATG squats with heavy loads... it ended up getting her pregnant, all that squatting~

Yea today was a make up day since Tues I didn't train but I still ate clean...Ben doing ground turkey and sweet potatoes and broccoli . I bought a huge back of peanuts that I found out were raw so I bake them and snack on it during the day since I've started this I was 223 now 218 . I'm looking to lose 5-7 pounds by the end of the week.

Then did 30 Mi. Cardio 520cal ....pumped up ....
 
Man what a great arm session with the abs and cardio. Will post soon busy days at work
