Getting Back Into It - Need Guidance from the Ground Up

tl;dr: I'm 35. Cycled on some rough stuff about 5 years ago. Got great results. I'm 35-40 pounds heavier now. I need advice "jump-starting" my physique through PH / PS with the end result of maintaining a healthy body through natural means.

Hey all.

I'm going to be a bit detailed, as I could really benefit from some custom advice, I'll be as honest as I can in order to get some constructive feedback.

Here goes:

About me:
- 35 Y/O male
- 6'4" 265
- Former Military - used to work out a lot.
- Have used X-Tren and M-Drol in the past. I've also tried 11-sterone (I don't recall with what else) (this was approx. 5 years ago).
- Got up to 215-220 (from a not-lean starting weight of 205)
- Ended up super lean (8% caliper tested body fat)
- Didn't cycle properly, I think. - Ended up having to get gyno surgery a few years later
- After I took those PH (or PS - I don't know which "classification" they were), I maintained a weight of approx. 230. I wasn't in nearly as good a shape as I was, but I wasn't working out NEARLY as much.
- Now that I'm out of the military, I'm basically a fat civilian
- Currently 265 because I was drinking a lot since I left the military 18 months ago.

I know how a very stable schedule, job, and the motivation to get my ass back in gear. I've joined a gym two weeks ago, and to my surprise, I'm going more often than not.

My buddy has hired a physical trainer. He's of a similar build (albeit a bit younger than me), so he's basically been sharing routines with me.

Here's what I'm looking to do:

Maintain a two-a-day routine. Cardio in the mornings, Anaerobic exercise at the gym in the evenings.
Here's the broad strokes:
- Monday: Run in the AM, Chest / Tris in the PM
- Tuesday: Bike / Eliptical in the AM, Back / Bis in the PM
- Wednesday: Run in the AM, Shoulders in the PM
- Thursday: Bike / Eliptical in the AM, Heavy Abs day in the PM
- Friday: Run in the AM, Legs in the PM
- Saturday: Raquetball with my buddies.
- Sunday: Off

So, I'm 35. I don't know if I've been listening to too many radio ads, but I feel as if my energy is relatively low. I'm certain it has to do with the drinking and being a general lazy fat guy. (Don't get me wrong, I'm not really "fat-fat").

I'm looking for a change. Completely recompose my body. I'm looking to get lean quick using PH/PS, get my testosterone back up. After a few cycles, I'm confident in my ability to maintain without use of PH / PS.

I just don't know where to begin. When I took X-Tren and M-Drol, I couldn't run as much. It felt as if I were stomping though the treadmill, and it felt as if I were simply flexing my leg muscles - that "smooth", "fluid", running form was no where to be found.

My goals:
- Drop body fat percentage. Lose the gut. I don't have a weight goal in mind, but to do so with my current muscle mass would involve losing 40 pounds.
- Maintain after the cycles. Get there quick, work hard to maintain. I need a "jumpstart"

Please help me by suggesting:
- PH/PS supplements,
- On-Cycle Support
- Post-Cycle Therapy
- Anything I might be missing
- Suggestions to maintain after a cycle or two.

Yes... I know how it sounds. I'm 265, thinking of my "glory days" of 215 - 220. I don't expect to lose so much. I know it sounds like I want the "magic fix-it" pill, a shortcut. In some ways, I guess I do. I just need a cycle or three to "jumpstart" my physique again.

Any constructive feedback is welcome.

Edit: As I'm sure it will be mentioned, I do have the diet and drinking under control now. My buddy's trainer has actually taken us grocery shopping. I'm actually saving money, eating healthy, not drinking, and not "bored" by the healthy food.

Go with something simple, Hdrol.
I think IronMagLabs has a version...

They also sell 4-andro, and 1-Andro....those might be the best for you to start.
Def get some sort of cycle assist to keep your system as healthy as possible (CEL's Cycle Assist is best), fish oil, and a multivitamin.

Message me for more detailed info if you have questions

^ah, forget a major component....PCT!!!
youll need to get either nolvadex or clomid....message me.

Tbh man you are probably going to see very little effects from a hormonal compound at your body fat. I would work hard until you are a bit closer to your goal. Then to put the " finishing touches" on your physique you could jump on something. Just my opinion though. Either way congrats on taking hold of your life and bettering your self

Agreed. Check out epic from Olympus labs, it is non hormonal and produces good results solo. I would run the epic so you can get back in the swing of things, get your body fat down, then think about cycling. High body fat puts you at a lot higher risk cycling and the results won't be as prominent. Good luck!

Epic and DCP 2.0 would be a great recomp non hormonal stack... HMMM well I think I may have to rethink my PCT plans....

Epic in pct is awesome, I had great results with it last cycle. I won't ever run another pct without epic
