I'd probably say it's going a little tougher, but thats only because I've never been shut down this hard before.
This was my first time using Trest, and seeing that its being researched as a Male Contraceptive, its 12 x's
more suppressive then test. Most of my previous cycle revolved around Test and Anavar or mild PH's.

Yah you might want to extend pct a bit. Trest is nasty stuff.
 
You can rub both as long as you want. Both are natural and have additional health benefits.
As long as your doing 1 cap twice a day of Rebirth and your AI you should be good to go. Once you run labs if your not where you need to be extend it a bit.
Im not sure how Trest works with regards to PCT. IF it stays in your system a long time it will likely interfere. Do you have any idea how long it stays in your system?
If its short term then PCT should be like any other aside from the fact that your starting way lower. Id be happy if you get into normal range.

Yea recovery should be a breeze. I was on trest as well. Recovered in 2 weeks.

Thats good news. I was hoping one of the first rebirth logs wasnt abnormally tough. I have faith but i want to see like a 300 to 500ng rise.

From all the anecdotal feedback i've read, Trest shuts you down hard, but recovery is pretty easy.

At least the more common acetate version has a short half life. I've seen theres some longer ester versions out now that
would probably stay in your system much longer.

Thats what most anecdotal data has shown. Shutdown is almost complete, but recovery is fairly easy.

Well Im sorry that it worked out like that, but, if i can recover with a 300-500ng rise, it should put to rest any doubt that BLR products
work & can be counted on for use during PCT.
 
BLR Rebirth Log - Day 10

The last couple of days i've been waking up with morning wood, that didn't happen during the 1st week
of PCT, but was happening pretty consistently while on Trest & Stano so it would seem like recovery is
starting to happen. The last couple of days in the gym have been pretty good as well, my energy has
been pretty good & strength is back up some, though not where it was while on cycle.

Dosing protocol has been...

BLR Rebirth 1 Cap AM & 1 Cap PM
BLR Viron 1 Cap AM & 1 Cap PM
BLR Folli 2 Caps PreWorkout

I was taking the Viron @ PWO but decided to take it at night with the Rebirth.

I also stopped the Form for a while as my Estro is really low right now and don't want to hinder recovery
by crushing it.

Wouldn't crushing estro speed up recovery? I've always wondered that if by crushing estro will force the body to increase test production in hopes of converting it to E
 
Yes having low estro will stimulate test production generally speaking.
His estro was 7 which is low....but
If libido is rising I wouldnt change or drop anything. Continue on just like your doing is my suggestion.

Taking the sides out of the equation, going heavy on an AI in the first couple weeks of pct should quicken recovery. Is it worth crushing it I guess would be the question. Also I guess to kinda answer my own question would be what do you value more, a quicker recovery or lubed up joints and a libido lol. Thanks as always brundle for your knowledge and kickass products.

Eta- I guess what I'm looking for is having very low E in any way hindering endogenous production of T
 
In males estrogen is made primarily via enzymatic conversion from test.
Test> aromatase> estrogen.
So when estro is low the brain sends the signal to the balls (LH/lutenizing hormone) to make more test.
This way the increased test can be used to make more estro.
So....generally speaking low estro = rising test levels under normal circumstances.

We can see by his pre labs that this isnt always the case. For example when Trest is being administered. His estro was very low and so was test.
In normal people though this would almost always = test levels on the rise.

It definitely feels that way. I've been less lethargic the last few days and I've been able to pump out a
few more reps on some of my exercises on Thursday & Friday last week.

I've decided to follow your advice Brundel and add the Form back in to the mix because what your saying
here makes sense.

I believe my Estro stayed low on Trest because I was using high amount of Stano & EpiAndro which
both covert to DHT and can help keep Estro low.

running rebirth and brundels TD Ai to help combat some gyno from ostarine is a light compound but i have always been very gyno sensitive and costa really made is flair badly I'm on day 3 currently.

Osta definitely effects Estro. My nips bothered me when I did Osta. Ran Form with it to combat it and that seemed to
knock it out good.

Had a really good Back & Bicep workout tonight after work. Energy levels were definitely up. Today was the
1st day I've been in the gym that i didn't feel like going home early. I definitely feel like I am starting to recover
to some degree.

Definitely good news..! Today is day 14. I will be running it for a minimum of 16 more days & will be getting
bloodwork done again around April 8th or 9th.

Have you ever had any baseline Total T blood tests done before when your not on cycle or anything? I was just wondering if you knew what your Total T would be normally. It would be cool to see how close you come to your normal levels.

Last Total T test was in the low 400's while off cycle.

Yea, Im hoping to get back over 400, even higher would be phenomenal.
 
BLR Rebirth Log - Week 2 Wrap Up


Well guys today is Day 14 of my Rebirth Log, so here's a wrap up of what Ive experienced so far to date

Positive Effects to Date::
Libido is up some. Had a few instances of random & morning wood. Had an overwhelming feeling of hornyness @ times.
Energy is up in the gym the last few days. Yesterday was the 1st day I didnt feel like leaving early.
Lethargy is definitely getting better. The 1st week was hell. 2nd week has been somewhat better.
Strength is still down, but slightly increasing this past week.
No Itchy Nips or Gyno signs
No bloat or puffiness
No GI Issues

No sides whatsoever..! So far I'm loving the Rebirth / Viron PCT Stack :)

Looking forward to seeing where week 3 will get me...!

Im glad you have not only pre labs but also a normal baseline so we can see how close to norm you get.

Who doesnt hate it. It's dreaded. At I feel like Im making progress in the right direction :)
 
BLR Rebirth Log - Day 16

In the week or so that I had stopped using Form, libido was climbing each day.

Since adding Form back in for the last 4 or 5 days, it seems to have effected my libido some..
I haven't had morning wood in a few days and haven;t.noticed my libido as much.

I think the form has crushed my estrogen, tanking my libido... :crying:

Each pump of Formeron is 75mg.
Maybe drop it to like a half a pump per day. Or....1 pump every other day.

I might try EOD and see how that works out. I didn't take any today and I will probably skip tomorrow as
well to see how a couple days off effects my libido.
 
BLR Rebirth Log - Day 18

Good news guys. I stopped using Form as of Wednesday just to see how it would effect my demising libido.
Morning wood has returned for the last 2 days. I also feel my libido coming back up, its almost where it was last week.
Once I feel its where it should be i will slowly add some Form back in at a lower dose and maybe just dose it EOD.

My mood is good and Im feeling less lethargic too... good things are in store.. stay tuned..!
 
BLR Rebirth Log - Day 20

Things are definitely getting better all around. Libido Is coming back. Haven't used Form in about
5 days now and its having a good effect on my libido. I think as low as my estrogen levels were
when i first started PCT, Form just crushed them even more.

Strength is starting to come back up as well. Today I had a really good Back & Bi workout at the
gym and i felt stronger then i have in the last 2 1/2 weeks. Plus my endurance was up as well,
which is probably from the Folli. I was able to bust out a few more reps on the last set of several
exercises even after I thought i was going to be done.
 
I just started my pct after a 6 week DMZ cycle about 5 days ago I'm taking viron, rebirth, and follidrone and so far I'm impressed i feel good
