Best ostarine cycle, SERM, and PCT for a noob

So what would the best ostarine program be for a completely dumb aZZ and noob at this stuff. Looking to gain 6-10 pounds lean body mass and lose around the same in fat. Looking for:
Brand of ostarine
Dosage/timing
SERM
Pct
The whole nine yards
My relatives are prone to gyno and elevated liver enzymes with this **** so please tell me the safest and best way to do this legally. Money is not an issue. Total noob so keep it simple pimps!!!!!!!!!!
 
We don't spoon feed. Do some research, put together a cycle, and we will help you with any needed adjustments
 
I'd recommend osta shred by hard rock supplements and check out this page and do some research.

osta shred is at the bottom and i'd follow the recommended dosage. Maybe grab an otc pct product and nolva 20/20/10/10.
 
Im going to run Ostar1ne by OL @ 20mg for 8 weeks with elim1nate along side, followed by DAA and rebirth for PCT. I am just looking for a lean cut/recomp.

Good choice!! And exactly what I was going to recommend.

5mg caps allow for flexible dosing options. 8 weeks in 1 bottle is a great value as well.

OP this gentleman's lay-out is great.

I always recommend a SERM for pct, even if a lower dose.

Nolva 20/20/10 would suffice

Not to mention Olympus Labs Ostar1ne is the only Osta on the market that has labs to back it's purity.
 
Thank you Habs and Dma. You guys are good dudes. I am going to pretty much do the same exact thing that you guys have recommended. After doing some research you guys know your ****. So you really think nolva would be suffice instead of daa and rebirth for pct? I just want to make sure I get my test levels back to normal after, I do amateur boxing and I need that energy back quick post cycle. Thanks again pimps!!!!
 
Oh and also remember I have family members prone to gyno and raised liver enzymes for things like this so do you think the elim1nate along side the ost will be safe enough, is there a better one that I should go with just to be on the safe side, again thank you guys for the help
 
Elim1nate should be good if you keep the dose at 20mg. With all that being said, I wouldn't mess around, get a legit SERM. Insure recovery.
