I bought Meadows' eBook last night on programming, and why he does what he does on routines. Should be a fun read and will definitely help me when making my own routines and accessory work.

I went through my 531 spreadsheet, and every DL 3's day was a +20#. Lol
I can't complain. My DL progressed nicely.
I backed it down, but I'm contemplating leaving it at +20 the next cycle. Thoughts?
