Sleep aid while on cycle?

What are some suggestions for sleep aid while on cycle? Currently taking 20mg Msten per day. Haven't had a good night of sleep in over a week. About two weeks left and I've stopped gaining. I Don't want to start catabolism get my hard earned gains. Even when tired it's taking me much longer to fall asleep. Cottonmouth during the night. Hard to fall back asleep when woken and sleep is not restful. Appreciate any suggestions. Have used melatonin before but not on cycle and can get I quickly. Anyone think this is safe and will be helpful? Also suggestions on better aids for the future. Thanks!
 
3-5mg melatonin works well for many people.

Or you could opt for a stack. Scivation KNOCKOUT is good. Sleephoria is also good.

Then you move into pharmaceuticals but you may as well start with OTC they are still quite effective.

I would suggest Phenibut-xt by SNS at Strong Supplement Shop. Its a really nice product and kind of helps you relax and settle down and i sleep without waking up in the middle of the night on this supp and fall asleep quick. You not aware of the sides some people get with Phenibut? Also it's withdrawal nature, etc?
 
I can't recommend G8 enough. Great sleeps on it, they also changed their flavour and it's great now!
 
I took gainzz from force factor for when I would work out at night and I always got awesome rest from it but you can just go the direct route and just get some gaba and l theanine for calming and melatonin to stay asleep.
 
Are you taking your last dose close to bed? Sometimes anabolics can mess with my sleep so I try not to take my last dose too late. Some times I still forget and wake up exhausted!

Tryptophan or melatonin before bed helps, or Benadryl if I wake up in the night and can't get back to sleep.
