Lets get shredded with TNT! Ironchamp

when i was your age heavy was all i knew, as i get older volume is the name of the game-physique wise i think moderate weight with lots of volume is more productive than just a few reps at max weight, just my opinion.

Agreed. I enjoy lifting heavy too within the 1-5 rep range. But that purely for ego and potentially getting stronger as I may or may not compete in powerlifting at some point.

2 caps last night and 2 caps this am.. Thermogenic effects are working well in the gym!! That's for sure.

Today I decided on legs :)

No squats today, the rack was full the whole time I was there :(

So I did everything else instead...

Lying ham curls-

90x failure (5 sets)
70x failure, all negative work. (4 sets)

Seated ham curls-

75x failure (4 sets)

Stiff legged DL's-

225x 10 (4 sets)
265x 8 (3 sets)
315x 6 (1 set)

Then this turned into defecit deadlifts lol.

405x 3 (3" defecit) 3 sets.. Speed work
315x 4 (3") 2 sets

Leg extensions-

110x failure (4 sets)
205x failure (2 sets)
110x 6 (wide) 110x 6 (close) 110x failure (close, toes pointed inward)

Close stance leg press-

3/4 stack x failure (3 sets)
Full stack x 3-5 (2 sets)
Drop from full stack to 1/4 stack.

Goblet squats-

70x failure (5 sets)

So that's it for legs... Nothing crazy again, just lots of volume and mildly heavy work.

TNT is still working well :)

Great update! I think I'm definitely going to need to try TNT when I start to cut. I'm glad you're feeling back at it :)

true...workouts are like diets and should be based on what the goal is!!!

No gym for the past 3 days. Just some time off :)

Still been taking TNT of course. Had a major chest day yesterday so looking a little bloated today, next few days I should drop a lot of water again and be looking lean.

Still check myself out in the mirrors though :)

you are making me want to do a round of tnt myself!!!

Ahhh... Back at the daily grind :)
New week...new gains!!

Today I decided on Back and Arms (my favourite).

2 caps of the AM dose and of course 2 last night... Looking helf decent, nice separation in my shoulders, traps and arms.. Still stubborn fat around the mid. DAMMIT!

Right lets get to it!

Deadlifts:

135x 10 (2 sets)
225x 6 (1 set)
315x 3 (1 set)
Decided to do some defecit work as im getting a little slow off the floor at the moment, had too long of a break. I used to pull 440x 2-3 off a defecit of 3"... Cant do that at the moment. Got lazy.

2 sets of 405x3 off a 3" defecit. This felt so damn heavy! Ah well all part of the fun :)

Then decided on pulling 405 off the floor in socks... Got 1 easy rep then stuggled on the 2nd... Not happy, realize I need to work on lick-out too now.

BB Rows-

Both performed with underhand grip.
135x 15 (2 sets)
225x 10 (3 sets)
135x failure (1 set)

Wide grip lat pulldowns-

150x failure (4 sets)

Underhand Lat pulldowns-

205x failure (3 sets)

Seated rows (machine.. not cable, this is harder than traditional cable)-

135x failure (4 sets)
150x failure (2 sets)

That's it for back... Now arms.

All arm workouts are supersets.

BB curls into SKrush:

Curls- 80x failure into 80x failure SK. (4 sets)

Hammer curls into tate press:

Hammers 45x failure into 45x failure Tate press.

Seated Alt curls into kickbacks-

seated curls 25x failure (negatives) into 25x failure kickbacks.

Preacher curls into machine dips:

70x failure into full stack x failure of dips

Cardio:

15mins of incline walking/jogging (220cals burned)

So that concludes todays workout and cardio, got to get back on track now as ive ben a bit lazy last week with diet and training... Annoyed at myself! looking to hopefully strip down around 7-10lb this week, Im holding quite a bit of water.

Hey guys, sorry foir the lack of updates. I didn’t train yesterday as I had a Job interview and then spent the day with my family.
However, I will post up Tuesdays workout and also odays… Double the reading for you haha 

Plate loaded hammer rows-

2 plates each side x 10 reps (4 sets)
3 plates each side x 8 reps (3 sets)
4 plates each side x 4-5 (1 set)

Then had to rush in some cardio as I was running out of time-

Cardio-

I'm glad you are liking TNT. I have read lots of very positive feedback on all the Iron Champ USA supplements. How do we get more people interested?

This is a great idea. We have some logs getting ready run for the Iron Champ preworkout Psyched. Maybe once these get going I can run this idea by the boss. Keep up the great work!

Wrong... Legs the day after haha. I don't go easy on myself when I'm hitting it hard.

I should really rest more, granted I had 4 days off from fri to mon but normally I only have 1 day lol

all those things are true....but you forgot about grandkids, lol!!!!!

Good morning AM,
Today was Chest and shoulders...

So I took 2 caps this AM and of course last night I took 2 caps.

Its quite crazy how much leaner I look after a couple of days considereing the 4 day binge lol, I guess its a mix of lower carbs, better diet and taking this fat burner... Seems to strip out some water quite easily :)

Right lets get to it.

Shoulders-

Side lateral raises-

5lb x 20 (warm-up) (2 sets)

35 x failure
25 x failure
18 x failure

Did that for 4 sets, then dropped down to:

18x failure, into 8x failure (2 sets)

Front raises (bar)-

45x failure (4 sets)

Rear delt fly's (db's)-

25x failure (5 sets)

Rear pec dec-

So after being back on the TNT stack and diet being in check im already seeing a difference, I hold a lot of water so its basically stripping that which is awesome :)

i agree you hold a lot of water...more than me, and i am on trt!!!

Hey guys,

So first update since Thursday as on Friday I had a funeral to attend so didn't get chance to workout... Obviously had a few drinks and some food, so strayed off the diet Friday.

Back on diet since Saturday, no gym sat... But in the gym for 5.30 today... Wasn't easy lol.

Today I decided on back and arms-

2 caps before the gym and of course 2 last night :)

Anyway to the workout-

Back-[\b]

Wide grip pull-ups-

3 sets of 8 with just BW

BB rows (underhand)-

135x 20 (2 sets)

Hammer curls into Tate press... This is so hard as my grip is already taxed from hammers...

45x failure hammers into 40x failure tate (4 sets)

Preacher curls into machine dips-

70x failure into full stack of dips (4 sets)

Felt great to be back in the gym after a few days off... Quite annoyed training hasn't been conistent the past 2 weeks... But things happen I guess :)

Muscles still looking vascular which is awesome!!

Love this TNT stack... Shame I didn't do this while on a strict diet for say 4 weeks... The results would have been just mind blowing... I'm very impressed so far anyway!

Nice workout and I'm glad you're liking TNT.

Thanks man!

^^^ You got it man!!

Right so today was chest and shoulders... Hate training chest on a Monday, normally do it later in the week as EVERYONE trains chest haha.

2 caps of TNT, nice and sweaty while working out lol, trying to eat super clean this week to see where I am physique wise. I'll admit I haven't been as good as I should have been while taking TNT but I can assure you it's made a difference :)

Decided to train without headphones today for a change, quite liked it! Still hit decent weight so might keep training like this for a while.

Chest

Flat Bb bench-

Bar x 10
135x 10
175x 8
225x 3 (paused reps) 4 sets
265x 2 paused (slingshot) 3 sets
265x AMRAP (slingshot) 1 set
135x failure

Flat DB bench-

65x 12
75x 10
90x 8
100x 6

Didn't go heavier than that... Don't want to risk my shoulder.

Pec dec-

80x failure (4 sets)

Seated chest press-

90x failure, negatives and pausing.. This was a killer! (4 sets)

That's it for chest.

Shoulders

Side DB lateral raises-

30x failure into 15x failure (5 sets)

Standing Arnold press-

40x failure... This is so hard when standing!!! I can do 45's for failure so easily when seated!

4 sets^^

Rear felt DB fly's-

30x failure, alternating grip every 6 reps (4 sets)

Plate loaded Shrugs (deadlift machine thing)-

265x failure (3 sets)

Actually did something in my back on the last set!! So stopped there and went on to cardio.

Cardio

20mins of stair climbing- 220cals

So all good for today and really happy with my bench strength considering I haven't benched heavier than 175 for at least 10weeks.

Haha it's a nightmare to get a bench, even at 6.30am lol.

The slingshot is probably the best piece of equipment I've ever owned. It's allowed me to train through plateaus and injuries. Fantastic. Now to try the protein from mark bell!

Thats good to know, i def would like to get one sometime soon. As for that protein tho, you might need a sling shot for your wallet lol

Haha I haven't actually looked at the cost yet... Also as I'm from the UK it may never come over here?

Next on my list is either:

1. MTS (red velvet)
2. Dymatize ISO (birthday cake)
3. Cellucor (not sure about flavour)

Getting vascular now :)

Look better first thing in the AM though. That's after my meal and a day of food

Nice picture! Hard work pays off :) Great job!

Just a small update today... Obviously took my 2 caps late night and this AM.

No weights today as I think I have a trapped nerve again. I've realised I get this from shrugs. No more shrugs now, just upright rows instead.

Hopefully back to action tomorrow, maybe just arms though so I don't strain anything.

Cardio-

no cardio at the gym today however I made sure to do a lot of walking at work today, my job makes me walk around a lot anyway but I made sure to take the longer routes and also more stairs. Easily walked 2 maybe 3 miles today.

So day was arms and cardio as my back isn't 100%.

2 caps this AM and 2 last night as usual, sweating like CRAZY today at the gym!

Workout.

Arms-

Seated alt curls- 35x failure (4 sets)

Standing hammer curls- 45x failure (4 sets)

Incline curls- 25x failure (4 sets)

Reverse curls- 45x failure (4 sets)

Flat Skull Crushers- 75x failure (4 sets)

Incline Tate press- 40x failure (4 sets)

Machine dips- 205x failure (4 sets)

Tricep kickbacks- 30x failure (4 sets)

That was it for the arm workout.

Cardio-

10mins incline power walk
10min stair
10min stationary bike

Calories burned- 230

Been enjoying TNT, probably enough to see me till sat so progress pic will be Sat morning, quite happy with my physique changes.. Could have been better if I was slightly more strict but hey things happen.

So today my back still isn't 100% again but decided on a back day haha, I started out light few a few exercises and slowly progressed... Glad to say I had no issues.

Same story again, 2 caps this AM 2 last night. My body is being weird this week though? I look a LOT more bloated and watery than normal which is annoying as Im supposed to take my progress Pic saturday :rant2:

Ah well sometimes it happens I guess.

Back

Deadlifts-

5mins of stretching, static and dynamic to loosen everything up.

Bar x10
135 x10
225 x5
315 x2

Working set-
3" defecit speed work 350x 3 [3sets]

Could have easily jumped up to 405x 3 but decided to not push it too hard this week.
Speed is good, form is good and im really concentrating on driving from my heels.. Makes a huge difference.

BB Rows-

Though today id just go HAM with rows.

315x 6 [2sets].. Form a little sloppy but generally good!
225x failure [3 sets]
135x 25 [1set]

Smith machine row... Really like this-

135x failure, only giving myself a 5sec break. [4 rounds of rows]

Seated rows-

405x failure [3sets]

DB Rows [standing]-

80x failure [3sets]

Wide grip pullups-

BW x8-10 [3sets]

I think that was it for back today... Would have liked to throw a couple extra exercises in but it was cardio time!

Cardio-

20mins stair master thing- level 10, quite high intensity, would alternate between fast paced and normal. [HIIT]
300cals burned.

Upping all cardio to 300 now :sad3:

Sadly no gym today because my alarm didn't go off :/

Really annoyed... Going to have to try and get some cardio in later, prob go for a run.

Still taking my TNT of course. Think my last day is actually today!!!

Progress pic will be up tomorrow, still annoyed I'm holding more water this week. I'm trying to get it down by drinking lots of green tea and water.

Also dropped the carbs today to try and help.

EDIT: I am anger to pop home to grab some clothes for the gym... Shhh don't tell my boss :)

Luckily my 2nd gym is literally opposite my work :)

You have been doing a great job! Nice gym picture too :)

Haha no problem man... I've actually finished TNT now so I'll post up a pic and my full review on Monday for you guys.

I'm going to be super busy with family today so can't post it until then.

Sorry for the delay.

Great job in here. I'm looking forward to your final review. Have a great day!

Well well well... Here it is, the final review of TNT.

To start with I would like to thank IronChamp for allowing me to log this AM/PM fat burner.

So lets get to it.

I started taking this stack just over 30 days ago I followed the instruction on the bottle which said i should take 2 caps in the am and 2 in the pm from the respective bottle.

Upon the first week I saw drastic changes in my water retention and overall 'tightness', Now I'm not shredded as of yet and wasn't at the start of this log so my final pictures are not where I wanted to be.. However I did the best in the time I had and I still need another 6- weeks to really dial my physique in.

Back to TNT, like I mentioned above I noticed effects quickly from this stack and was very impressed... I wasn't ever sleepy/drowsy when taking this so never had any bad side effects which is obviously a bonus :)

Where this product shined for me was the day after a cheat meal/day, I personally can easily put on 7-10lb of water weight on a cheat day, I would look horribly bloated and fat, within a day of taking this stack and getting back on my diet id be almost back to normal!!! This normally takes me at least 3 days to look decent again.

Thats basically my review, I don't know what else to say except... IT WORKS GREAT!

Q&A-

Would I use this again?

Yes 100% it was a fantastic product and id highly recommend this to others.

Is it good value?

Yes. Obviously mine was free to go, however for the results it is easily worth the 24.99$... Great value!

Did I encounter any issues?

Nope. None whatsoever. Thats a big plus for me!

Did I achieve what I wanted?

Yes, everybody will say 'I want to get shredded to the bone' but lets be real, you can't shift 20+lb of weight easily and in a short time frame.. Its unhealthy. For what I could do in the timeI had I was very impressed.

Right now for the pics :worried:
Dont laugh haha. I don't like posting topless pics as Im not comfortable and still quite away from being happy.

Thanks again to Ironchamp for the opportunity.
