This is my standard day of nutrition/supps, am I missing anything?

Fasted
1 Vitamin D 5000 IU (should I take empty stomach or with food)
3 Triazole (should I take empty stomach or with food)
1 Scoop Green Magnitude
2 Scoops Amino IV
2 Scoops Alphamine


Breakfast - Protein, grenola, strawberries, kiwis, banana
3 Anabeta Elite
3 Orange Triad

Lunch - Quiche, breast of southern fried chicken + peanuts
3 Anabeta Elite
3 Orange Triad

Lunch Snack - Quest Bar

Pre Gym - 6 SNS Xgels

Dinner - Chicken / carbs / Avacado & Broclli

Pre bed - Honey & Camomille Tea

Thinking of adding in ZMA/Growth Factor as feeling pretty tired these days at work, think LDopa might make my brain race at night
 
Maybe add another stim pre?

Or a 3rd scoop alphamine works great there

You can take d3 with meals it is fat soluble

No real issues with the setup
You only need 2/2 ABE but im guessing you know that

I don't take any stims past 8am, have rubbish sleep issues, preworkouts just don't let me sleep.
It's also why I have to take triazole in one big lump as opposed to spreading throughout the day.

Found 6 ABe has REALLY increased my appetite, much more than 4 did!
 
Vitamin D is fat soluble, I'd take it with a meal containing fat, or down it with a 1/2 Tsp of healthy oil or something (Natty PeanutB, Some Whole Milk ((which has 400iu's itself)), etc...) I'd also try to take in Calcium (there's milk again, LOL) and Vitamin K at the same time as the D3. Boron, Zinc, Mag, and Vitamin A are also other co-factors.

You taking any carnitine sources or GMS with the X-gels? Thanks for giving X-Gels a try :)

The GMS may not be much of an issue, so you aren't completely fasted when taking the X-Gels, just thought I would mention it.

I don't , I have some L cartiniite at home, could supp it in tonight, is post workout okay?

I don't take GMS but do have some soy lechtin, should probably start taking it
 
It will be fine whenever you decide to dose it. It might be better pre-workout, as it may give you some focus.

The carnitine sources are to help upregulate AR density. It will take some time for that to occur, so I would dose it daily. When on ArA, I take Anavite specifically for that reason. I like LCLT for that purpose, but any carnitine source should work.

As far as the Growth Factor XT goes, it should help you sleep deeper.

Yeah I agree , I'll give it one more go tonight , just found last time I took it it made my brain activity spike massively.

Weird because I've done a 6 week run of GFXT before and loved it

I think I remember you mentioning that. Did anything change with your sleep routine since the time it worked well for you?

Mucuna Pruriens never fails to help me sleep deeply. The GABA and Theanine should also help you to relax more easily.

I'm eating in 20 mins then going to bed in 3 1/2 hours so should be empty stomach

no point of the aminos upon waking unless you were doing some fasted HIIT cardio, if you are training later and fed you could save them and not dose them upon waking. It wont really benefit you much unless you wanted to dose them between meals spaced 4-6 hours apart or using them pre/intra-workout for a fasted training session upon waking.

the key factor here for you would not be adding more supps you already have your staples (whey,creatine,multi) just make sure your diet is good enough kcals for your goal.

Careful with the ALCAR too as this stimulates brain wave activity leading to a stim like effect for some.

Slept awesome last night , really deep. Woke up at 6 but went back to sleep, feel a bit sleepy now. Will just get up in future when my body tells me too.

Happy growth factor is working again !!!

Take my 4 ALCAR-500 upon waking now, hope it helps with mental clarity at work. On gym days will take it PWO
 
Is creatine (green mag) on an empty stomach okay ? I've been getting stomach cramps in the AM recently, trying to work out if it's the creatine ?
