What is your favorite cheat meal?

Yeah shipping is a pain. My biggest issue was i needed the jumbo to fit cereal boxes though. Should be a lot less in a standard shipping box or a bubble mailer

Your eating about 600g of carbs, you can easily eat them daily. Would also help prevent you from going OD on fiber with that many kcals you have to ingest and be easy on the stomach. I know you have had a lot of "Bloating" issues. Sometimes more volume is not always better. Especially since at your intake meeting micronutrients, fiber, fat, and protein should be a breeze.

When my carbs are this low (like mine are now) I prefer satiety. Just a preference. 3-4 bites of a poptart for almost 35-40g of carbs i would much rather invest in a potato which is far more nutrient dense and micronutrient dense because of how low kcals are.

Now if i were bulking and had a much higher intake. Different story. Meeting micronutrients, fiber, fat, and protein minimums which should be the #1 concer should be covered before grabbing one.

I know B needs a lot to grow, so for him it could be very easy to do it daily.

Might go with that. Weight has been going up which is good.

I have the hot fudge sundae so may try that myself ;)

Your dessert ideas are almost as good as your clean baking ideas lol

My cheat meal for the week. 15x21in pan of smoked brisket nachos. It was shared with 2 other people though and I only ate 1/4 of it. I like to cheat but I don't want to sabotage a weeks worth of dieting.

i ain't cooking jack crap.

A couple of years ago for my B-Day, my sister took me to this hipster joint in downtown Toronto. Thick cut cinnamon french toast with creme fraiche and pulled pork (minus that sweet sauce). Wicked!

bunch of chain restauants for the majority of them
no real good breakfast joints.

prob could make far better pancakes/french toast myself. Just rather have someone buy it for me :)

me and swanks killin the partner challenge. 28" Pizza had sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, decently thick crust, ALOT of cheese and onions.......had 1 hour to eat it I finished my half in 28 minutes then helped chris finish his we finished in 35 min! Killed it! It was reallly good!

Dude, if your eating to grow you shouldn't have any restrictions really. At 600g carbs a day the sky's the limit, enjoy that time.

I eat man. Not restricting anything. Sometimes it's a hassle but I get it done. Especially since I got a rice cooker. Makes it easier

i would invest in more rice, pasta, and other nutrient dense/caloric dense sources first, then once you meet proper macronutrients/micronutrients then throw in a poptart, cereal, trail mix, granola, bagels etc to help boost your carbs

i would be eating PB&Banana bagels daily with honey if i were you.

I got a rice cooker for my bday so been enjoying basmati and jasmine actually like them. Not a big pasta fan. Love potatoes especially sweets.
