Just going to start my second cycle, with D-bol and test going to take 4 10mg a day and would like to know
how many liver 52 tablets a day should l take.

Liv 52 DS is the only liver support i will trust

1 tablet AM and another PM is enough to protect your liver

Zero. It's a joke product. Should have purchased CEL Cycle Assist.

I don't understand, what ingredients are in Liv 52 that so special that everyone takes it; I've heard many people take this with gear.

Can you explain why it's a joke product? Not calling you out or implying you're wrong, just have read a lot of good things about liv52 with bloodwork to prove. I'm sure there are better options but what makes you hate it?

I believe it's widely used for injectable aas cycles, not so much for oral aas/prohormone cycles which are harsher on the liver. They would require better support,

Like I said, I understand TUDCA is the go to these days, but there is a lot of research and bloodwork to back up Liv52, I've always used it, not as a standalone, but think its a great addition to support supps. I definitely could be wrong, but I just want to hear why its a joke before I decide it is also useless.

For years guys used Milk Thistle and I always swore it wasn't enough, and combined this with Liv52 before TUDCA was so big

the problem is they don't standardize the extracts in the formula and the journals they use to support their claims are very sketchy/unreliable. I too used to think it was a good support supp. Sorry man
