Any Canadians order from NP?
I saw that they ship via FedEx. My experience with FedEx has been awful in terms of custom fees, sometime even 100% of the order's total.
What have been your experience so far?

Was always fine when I ordered from NP, never an issue
 
I got hit with fees only once out of like 20 times. I never go over the 3lbs shipping cost ($7.95) though.
 
Always get it shipped usps. Ordered at least 15 times in the past and never had to pay any fees. Ordered once wth FedEx and paid import charged.

Include a note with your order and some companies will be nice.

Some already have that option available.

Emailing them before ordering is best
 
I usually get orders shipped to a shipping depot in the US and pick up. Most places ship for free withing the US so it covers the $5 cost of the shipping depot. I'm in the US once a month or so anyway so I time my orders around visits. Otherwise I find it's a crap shoot for how hard you get hit with fees.

my only beef is with FedEx though, they almost hit you with fees 99% of the time. I once got a hit with custom fees/taxes for a product I got for free. Rarely had this problem with USPS.

This

We ship internationally with both FedEx and USPS. Our system is automated to choose the shipping method in correlation with the tame frame you choose. The best way would be to shoot us an email but if you leave a comment on the bottom of the order we can do our best to accommodate it. We almost always can but here may be additional fees associated to ship it a different method.
 
Never had a problem with shipping, but have been promised free samples several times.

Through all my orders from NP I have received a total of 0.
 
Ordered from these guys lots of times. No fees so far. I have an order coming so I hope it won't have any extra charges or I will be pissed.
 
I think i will start shopping at NP again...BB.com has raised prices,shipping and charge taxes
I hope our dollar rebounds
