Does anyone have the issue with the amount of weight they lift fluctuating week to week specifically on the bench press. And how can you fix it?
 
Does anyone have the issue with the amount of weight they lift fluctuating week to week specifically on the bench press. And how can you fix it?

Are you consuming enough calories? Is your technique locked in? Are you following a training plan or just sporadic weight? Are you building strength or just constantly testing strength?
 
Do you train at the same time everyday and it could even come down to if you get a good nights sleep or what you've eatten pre workout.
 
Generally when I see people that aren't consistent or as you say, are sporadic, it's because they either aren't following a program or are not logging progress. Calories are obviously important, but not so much on a day to day basis, moreso when you are in a deficit or have changed diets.
