As far as I understand there is no liver toxicity.
And yes my appetite for sex has increased. Lol

There is a YouTube channel called mind muscle and he explains a lot about prohormones. Mostly if not all are LGs products.

Day 14.

I did my max bench press for 2 reps yesterday and could have maybe got a third but I didn't want to risk injuring myself.
My body fat has went from 22.6 to 21.5.
I will get my diet in check today.
I cheated too much this week cause the death Of my step dad threw me all off.

I use dumbbells 90 percent of the time.
Yesterday I use barbell for this reason. My quads were sore! Do for that I did not want to rest 90 pound dumbbells on them lol

Day 15.

No lifting.

Instead I did burpees.
I did 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5.
For a total of 70 over a span of 12 minutes.

Then I did planks. Hold for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds for 5 sets.

Breakfast was chicken rice. Prep meal.

No lunch just yet.
 
I was just looking up burpees and I guess I been doing the wrong. One write up I just read has you go down to the push up position but not actually do the push up.
When I do mine I do the push up.
Is this wrong or is it called something else?
 
Every time I have seen them done they always do the pushup.... unless everyone else I see does them wrong to. The pushup can't hurt if anything makes it more challenging I would think.

Yea I just wonder if you was trying to figure out calories burnt for burpees if they mean without pushups. Cause I would think the addition of the pushup would increase the calories you burn.
 
I would have to agree with you that it would be more if the pushup is not really part of it

I just entered my third week. I'm feeling very good and wishing I could run another cycle real soon like starting June!

I do wonder how long the ph stay in your system
It's a six week cycle but how much of the six weeks is raising your levels?
 
I wonder how long they stay in the body as well. You start form xt when the others run out or does the kit say start in week 6 right when doses are ending ?

Form xt starts on your last week of the others and then weeks 5 and 6 you just take form xt

I never took a bulk kit. I have no issues bulking lol
 
Today I am starting back up with the "Big Man on Campus" routine.
It is a great routine for building muscle and cutting.
Its medium volume with short rest periods and it really keeps the calories a burning.
I feel it will go great with running the Andro Cutting kit.

The work out can be found online.
 
I will be doing big man on campus after my cut and summer. I read through it and it looked good. I did a few others on that site that worked out very well.
 
I did this workout thru the winter for 12 weeks and I def noticed some changes. I was also getting stronger and feeling better when done.

So i am axious to see the changes i will see with a good diet and some ph's!!!

Im going to do a before and after picture. And see how much fat i can lose in 5 weeks.
 
Day 16 no workout. Just diet.

Day 17.

Prep meal. 320 cal
Half of stuffed chicken marcela. 500 cal
Panera brad pick 2
Southwest chicken. 380 cal.
Turkey chili. 190 cal

1390 cal today.

Lol not bad still loosing despite being off nutrition wise! It's gone fairly quickly which is why you need to have the pct to allow your body to immediately work towards balancing back out and increasing your natural test levels. You'll want to wait equal time before starting a new cycle as well.

Form xt starts on your last week of the others and then weeks 5 and 6 you just take form xt I never took a bulk kit. I have no issues bulking lol

What are your typical daily calories? More that 1300 I sure hope!

I shoot for 14 to 15 hundred cal.

Edit. But I'm happy if I can eat less and feel fine and lose fat.

Wow! I get hungry on 14-1500 lol...I'm scared to loose my gains cutting too low!

I do 30 seconds min rest and and 90 seconds max rest.
So for me its pretty high tempo. I d notice that I seem to recover faster between sets now.
Before the andro kit i did not recover as quickly. so i was always dropping my lifting wieght down as i moved up in sets.

I got them from there as PDF's. Then I saved them as jpegs and modified them in paint to get them on one sheet.

Today was a non lifting day.
So I did cardio.

15 minutes at full incline.
At 2.5 to 3mph.
Did 6 20 to 30 second intervals of running at 5mph on full incline.
Last ten minutes I leveled out and ran and walked.

Had 2 prep mealssmacked on pretzels and peanut butter.
Ate a banana
And this got dinner. Chicken queso

I am estimating 1600 cals

Legs and abs

Breakfast. Nothing.
Lunch. Prep meal and pepper steak.
About 600 cal
Dinner. Prep meal. 320 cal
Snack. Pretzels with peanut butter.
About 200 cal.

Total 1120 cal.
Just not wanting to eat alot today.
I'm sure tomorrow will be diff.
Making up for eating 1900 yesterday.

Killed my legs.
Front squats are a lot harder then high bar or low bar squats. Just doing 155 was intense.

I'm printed up PDF for my routine. I want ro destroy chest/tri tonight but o don't my wife will be getting home before 10pm tonight.
 
From the 15th I'm down from 4.5 pounds down to 6.4 pounds and from 21.5 bf to 21.0 bf.

Breakfast 2 donuts lol 540 cal
And half prep meal. 160 cal
Lunch 1 and half prep meal. 480 cal
Dinner chicken potato and green beans 350 cal

Uh oh. I don't know if my epiandro is going to make it.
Mathematically it should. 3x1.3x28 = 109.2.
But the bottle feels almost empty and I have a week left. What do I do if it runs out kat? Can I use the 1andro in place?
 
yea, i am not to thrilled. i also ran out of my 17 pro andro early. and I know how to measure it lol
I got 84.8ml from the epi
and 100ml from the 17 pro andro.
thats a total loss of 55.2ml. :-(

I did not lift on days 22 thru 25.
I'm bummed about running out. Now all I can take is 1andro and form xt.

I went today and had a good workout.

Since I took 4 days off I defied to just do a full upper body workout.

Started with incline dumbbell press. 3x10
Tricep cable push downs. 3X10
flat dumbbell press. 3X8
Dips. 3x10
Standing dumbbell curls. 3x7
T bar rows. 3x10
Hammer curls. 3x10
Wide grip pull downs. 3x10
Barbell curls. 3x8
Lat raise. 3x10
Tricep ext. 3x8
Shoulder press 3x8

Ab circuit. No breaks.
Leg raises. 4x12
Decline sit ups. 4x12
Swiss ball crunches. 4X12
Obliques. 4x12

Food.
Breakfast. Prep meal. 320 cal
Lunch. Prep meal. 320 cal
Protein bar. 110 cal
Candy bar. 200 cal
Dinner. Salmon and corn. 300 cal

Total 1250 cal
 
Day 30!
I'm pretty upset about not getting my full cycle. Despite being upset I am staying on track.
I woke up early and did chest today.
I did a repeat of day 17. Big man on campus chest and tri.

I have not loss and strength.

I am down 7 pounds and a full 3 percent bf. 22.8 to 19.9. Well 2.9 percent.

Day 31.
I woke up late and was late to work so I do not get to lift today cause I need my money. However I did get great news so this is a happy day. Thanks to kat!
I hope to get up early tomorrow and train.

2 prep meals and 2 chicken blsck bean quesos for food today.
 
Week 6 started yesterday. Making prep meals!
Haven't worked out since Thursday.
Back to the grind tomorrow.
I did notice a lack of motivation after I ran out of ph's.
But I'm feeling like hitting it hard tomorrow and I'm still on track.
I had a good cheat day yesterday and ate some junk. Too much junk. But that's ok. Only live one.
