final review of diesel jp8 hardcore:
let me start by saying that i am very impressed by jp8 hardcore, i went back over routines that i did at start of hardcore and saw improvement in strength, endurance and stamina. lifts went up by 10lbs, while adding more reps, this is impressive for someone who has been lifting as long as i have. also, i want to add that the focus was as good as anything i have ever tried, i was dealing with a serious car accident involving family members and i was able to blank everything out of my mind and just focus on the weights, i am very impressed by this!!!
