Hello my name is erick and I signed up today and I'm completly new to this forum. First I would like to say that I am going to be taking xtreme DMZ once I get all my supples. I need help with what to buy concerning the best way to keep my gains and pct. I know I am going to be taking cel cycle assist while on my cycle and on pct and as a pct I believe I will be using tamoxifen citrate (nolvadex) 20/20/10/10 Is it okay if I take "post cycle 3x" on the same time I take nolvadex? Also I just want to know the best way to take this to keep my gains after I'm off pct and not end up getting gyno. I used to have gyno as a teenager and got it surgically removed. Also, my goal is to have mass while being shredded. Should I continue my fasting diet and keep losing body fat % and then hop on dmz or just take it now? I'm 5'8 about 165 pounds i have a small muffin top and I can almost see my abs coming in, when I jump I see them. Please help me I know stann123 is very knowledgable but like I said I am new and don't know how to contact him on this forum, just read his posts. And I read someone say take letro while on cycle, should I? If so how do I take that while on cycle?

Yes you can use an OTC PCT product as well, there are a lot of good ones around right now

I would not eat in a deficit in PCT.
Natural anabolics are another good consideration

Go for the DermaStrength version if you go that route. Both are great for similar and different reasons. Both will intensify your workouts with great pumps and endurance as well as enhance recovery.
 
Why is EP1C better than strength?

Also , will 6 bromo help? I'm concerned about the estrogen spike after my cycle because I don't want to close my growth plates or get rebound gyno.

Turning 21 soon. I have history in my family of people growing in their 20s, which is why I'm concerned

Really at 21 you should be concerned regardless

Its legal (well used to be, sort of lol) at that age but we like to see guys waiting until 23/24 maybe
 
On the other hand, I started at 22 and recovered well from it. It's one of those decisions you have to weigh out for yourself and see if it's worth the risk to you. I still grew another inch post cycling. Just saying
 
Don't do it bro. Just not worth it. If you train hard and eat well you are about to make crazy gains anyway! I know that's sounds like bs but I was in your shoes a few years ago and I played ball in college so I was like screw it I'm doing it. Well unfortunately got injured prior to starting and put it off for half a year and in that time I made some good gains. So I decided I would wait another 6 months and start on my 21st bday and make as many gains as I can. I didn't start till I was 23 because man the gains kept coming and coming and coming!

Do whatever you wish man and either way I wish you the best but from 20-23 was my best gains and even now I sometimes wish I waited longer. I always thought I hit my plateau because I was lifting hard since 17 and in a sense I did but this wasn't one I needed drugs to surpass and honestly glad I didn't. Now I know I don't need gear to make gains and I feel thats the biggest problem starting young. While I matured through those three years I learned more about what works for me and can then apply it with gear. I see younger guys use and while on are all psyched up and putting in 100% but when they come off they disappear for a few weeks/months. They rely to heavily on gear and that I believe is the #1 issue with starting to young.

If you aren't gaining without gear you won't make any real gains with it.
