Abliderate Ammo, Inhibit E, AlphaDex come to mind.
Dry Rub/Uretix if you have a show coming up.
The dietary recommendations are spot on as well.
can any be taken during a PH cycle?
big fan of inhibit-e...it doesn't work as fast as arimistane products, but gets the job done without any side effects..for me anyways.
on my natty stack right now. currently testing BLR TD AI. before that, on alphamaxThe suggestions above are great. Are you not using an AI on cycle?
I'm confused, I thought you asked about using stuff with a PH?on my natty stack right now. currently testing BLR TD AI. before that, on alphamax
yes, but I'm not on cycle right now. I asked for a PH cycle that I will run in a few weeks.I'm confused, I thought you asked about using stuff with a PH?
Gotcha! BTW, Elimistane has Arimistane , as well as E. Cottonii and a Chrysin Cyclodextrin complexyes, but I'm not on cycle right now. I asked for a PH cycle that I will run in a few weeks.
How long did effects take to kick in? Id assume based off ingredients it will be similar to erase pro and take a few weeks?
yup...it takes some time to kick in, but without the achy joints and loss of libido....very effective once it does kick in!!!
Got a couple of bottles sitting in my drawer may be a perfect addition to finish off my cut will taking a stim break!
More potassium, too. "Water follows sodium," more potassium forces your body to purge extra sodium along with water (hooray aldosterone).
Lots of high-K green veggies will do the trick. Most potassium supplements are laughably low anyway. Using a KCl/NaCl salt blend in your cooking/seasoning can help a lot, too.
please stop posting
Care to explain?
no, read a high school level physiology text book.
His post is to even out electrolyte intake for water balance.
But you knew that?
Should add that it is common for a diet high in sodium to cause retention and it can be fixed buly either keeping intake constantly elevated, dropping it or balancing it with more potassium.
It would only work if the issue is sodium
First of all, I just don't understand the hostility. I can't imagine much anything being worthy of this level of vitriol and "****s given," let alone something like this.
Second of all, we're not talking about intakes to induce hyperkalemia here. Barring disorders, it's really hard to reach hyperkalemia without abuse of supplemental potassium sources.
RDA for potassium exceeds 4-5g/d for adults and I'm betting you'd be hard-pressed to find many people on "normal" (i.e. low-vegetable) diets approaching even half of that. Having a 2 : 1 (or worse!) sodium : potassium ratio will *absolutely* have negative repercussions that can include additional water retention (much transient, a little not so transient). Getting potassium up to a few grams per day is not only a good general health measure, but can also most definitely dispel electrolyte-induced water retention in a hurry.
I honestly think that looking at dietary influences first is a little bit more responsible than jumping on the "oh, hey, let's sell you an anti-estrogen supplement!" bandwagon -- not only does that not necessarily do a thing for water retention (assuming normal E levels), but it can actually be detrimental to other aspects of health (joints, bones, etc.) when done recklessly. Not that OTC supps are likely to tank anyone that badly, but the last thing someone needs is to go wild on a strong RC product.
But yes, I certainly quail in my ignorance and meekly submit to your vastly superior knowledge and understanding that you choose to mete out at your leisure. Or not.
^ totally compound dependant.
Also, being on any anabolic impairs your ability to remove sodium. On cycle it is highly recommended to consume less, this is another factor in high BP on cycles, in addition to increased RBC, etc

Very true. Knowledge is great, but presenting it in a less brash manner is better for all involved
At least it resulted in some good points and knowledge.
you do know that aldosterone maintains blood pressure via na+ and water reabsorption, right? i'm assuming you also know that hyperkalemia triggers the release of aldosterone from the adrenal cortex, right? this is basic information- please do some reading before chiming in.
based off my previous post, you should realize that i'm referring to your poor understanding of aldosterone. either way, potassium supplementation would have minimal effect in curbing on-cycle water retention. renal sex-hormone and mineralocorticoid receptor activation increase sodium (and thus water) reabsorption- there lies your problem. i also wouldn't advise anyone to start messing with their potassium.
probably shouldn't have come at you so hard, just annoyed of seeing monkeys spouting off nonsense on bodybuilding forums.
edit**
Whether or not the explanation was correct, the recommendation still stands.
Your logical fallacy is "the fallacy fallacy" and "ad hominem"
Tempted to neg for being a condesending douche.
don't care, and your recommendation is off-base. supplementing with k+ to curb water retention is a waste of money and could possibly be dangerous- it's not something anyone should recommend, but if you think you know better than more power to you.
Youre too right. But i do think being called a monkey and uneducated over one suggestion is a bit muchSome people get gratification from putting others down. In this case it was over potassium. LOL

i agree...you have made too many valid contributions to this forum to be flamed like that!!!
keep up the good work!!!

Lol potassium supplements come are 99mgs. Like Already stated the usda is 4000 mgs. Also it takes a **** ton to kill you and highly unlikely anybody would ever do it. Lol unless you eat 400-500 bananas a day your fine. I personally take in a fair amount and a lot more than any ****ty supement will give and it only comes from eating a few bowls of spinache everyday.
