First off, I would like to thank the people at MST for giving me this chance to log their recovery drink. I will be taking 1 scoop postworkout for the next 29 days. I took my first scoop post shoulders today. Stay tuned for a great log! Well im sitting at around 220, and im currently cutting right now. I will post up diet and macros tomorrow. Tomorrow is hammies. I can get some before pics if anyone is interested.

Okay today as said above i worked shoulders, traps, forearms and a little abs! Shoulders consisted of:

DB RD fly
Facepulls
Cable high row
DB side raises
Single arm over head press
Smith shrugs
Cable behind the back shrugs
Prone incline shrugs
 
Ok macros are currently set up as 320g protein, 199g CHO, and 107g fat....total calorie is ~3050calories.

Today worked hamstrings....

SLDL
Lying ham curls
Low cable pullthroughs
Single leg lying leg curl
Also hit some hip strengthening exercises such as hip flexion, ext, and abd.

So far, im really liking this recovery supp....only complaint is the foam. It foams a little while shaking in my shaker cup! Not bad, but just a little worse than other supps ive had before!
 
Yesterdays back and bi workout was:

WG lat pulldown SS w/cable pullovers
Another pulldown variation which consisted of sitting on an incline bench under a pulley and pulling down. Essentially its a incline bench pulldown.
HS high row pulldown(ive never found an exercise to squeeze my lats so hard other than this one) will get a vid next back day!
HS low row machine
Twin cable row
RD delt fly machine
Prone incline db row

For biceps
St. Alt db curls
Cable curls
Rope hammer curls
Db spyder curls

Then hit some forearms for about 10 minutes. So far really liking the recovery drink. I seem to be not being as sore as usual!'
 
Hit some chest and tris this evening! Took my recovery drink right after the gym, then came home and ate a meal! Weighing in at ~220 atm(have no idea on bodyfat) i would say somewhere around 20%.....who knows though! Im looking to be pretty lean around 200lb. Hopefully will be around 200 in about 14-18 weeks! I plan on losing aabout a pound a week. Maybe a hair more. It sucks that i store the majority of my fat in my low abs and oblique/low back are! I HATE IT! I am 5'11" also!

Chest: flies for pre-exhaustion
DB incline press
HS incline press
Reverse BB bench

Tri rope ext
Db skullcrusher
Cable pushdowns

Stretching was done between sets of chest lifts for about 15-20 secs a piece.

Then hit abs for about ten minutes.
 
Hit quads today! I split my leg day! Sooooo, quads:

V-squat machine
Leg ext
Leg pushdowns done on assisted pullup machine(awesome exercise, will get a vid next quad day)
Hip ABD
Hip ADD

Stretches were performed throughout the workout. Also done 5 minutes of stair climbing postworkout after taking my athlete recovery drink! Tomorrow, plan to hit shoulders.
 
Alright! Didnt log yesterday, but i hit shoulders yesterday!

High row
Rear delt fly cable
Rear delt fly machine

Overall great workout! Shoulder wasnt hurting at all hardly!
 
Today i hit hammies! I split my leg day so i have a wuad dominant day and hamstring dominant day! I really like that split!

Tomorrow is an off day, but i may do some cardio and light stretching and such! Will be having a cheat meal friday also! Also weighed in at 218.x this morning. Steadily dropping 1lb a week, which is my goal!

Hey guys, sorry I haven't been around much the past few days, got caught up at work! Looking great in here though :) And yes it's a huge scoop! Been enjoying the wild berry version over here. Think I'm going to try out the chocolate one as well and do some baking with it! I'll post up some recipes if interested.

Yea the wild berry is growing on me! Lol
 
I'm still trying out different amounts of water to see what I like best. But it's mixing / tasting pretty smooth! I've just been shaking it up in a large water bottle too, haven't tried blending it with ice, etc
 
Update: didnt workout yesterday, so i didnt take the athlete recovery! Just got through hitting chest/tri.... Just took my athlete recovery and now am doing 10 mins of cardio on the stationary bike! Chest: DB incline-sets of 8 until i couldnt get 8. Went up 10 lbs each set. Pec dek high fly(these torch the upper chest)
HS incline press Tris: cable pushdown DB skullcrusher very slow reps, also holding at the lengthened position! Torches your tris with very min weight!
 
Quads:
-couple sets of leg ext for warmup
-leg press ascending sets: started with 2 plates for 15 reps, then added 2 plates each set for 15 reps nonstop. Rest, then dropped to 10 reps and started at 4 plates perside. Worked my way up to 6 plates per side
V squat: 2x20 (nice and slow, long TUT)
Tri-set: single press
Leg ext
Assisted pulldown leg pushdown

All 12 reps a piece

Also done some hip abd/add work while stretching my quads and hams! Very good workout!
 
Sorry for the absence lately guys! Ive been preparing an ISP presentation for school! Now thats over with, im ggod to go! Ive been taking the athlete recovery every workout day postworkout! Im down to around half of the tub i believe! Maybe a little fuller than half! Anyway had a cheat meal yesterday after back and bis!

That meal looks amazing! Friends from out of town came to visit the past two days so I haven't been eating exactly right (definitely been eating tasty though). Back on that this morning.

Bike and stair stepper! Im sitting around 218! Losing about a 1lb per week which is my goal!

Also hit some calves also and did 10 min of cardio!

Athlete recovery is still going on strong for me! Still loving it and the recovery its giving me!

Another off day today! Hahah! I hit chest and tris yesterday! Im pretty sore, but i hit hard yesterday! Anyway from the looks of the bottle i have about a week left. And also i will be hitting quads tomorrow evening! Lets finish strong!
 
Off day today! However kind of slightly derailed my diet today at lunch and decided to have my cheat meal today! Only 2 days early....not really gonna hurt much!
