Hey guys. What's the best mass program you have ever been on?
Post your results, training program and just key points or foods of your nutrition.
Im currently on my 2nd week of the GVT program. Results are looking excellent so far but
im getting off of it after i have a completed a month of it due to the strength loss and extremely
high volume.
Thanks in advance.

I lifted then ate then slept... key nutritional points - a box of fruity pebbles and strudels for breakfast everyday has yet to impact my progress - suck it broscience!

I ate pizza and drank tons of milk while taking caffeine tabs and two a days. Goes against almost everything nowadays, but was very effective.

Truthfully i upped my carbs, calories, and protein and threw in a mass gainer with milk three times a day and took anabeta elite by pes and that is a great mass stack for me! Check out some mass gainers at the link above and take three shakes with milk and you'll see a big differnece. maybe some creatine monohydrate to!

5x5 and HST have done me wonders. In 4 months I've put 1 1/4" on my arms and added tons of width to my back. Diet was mostly a lean bulk of whatever would fit my macros!

i am going to guess all answers are the same. someone believed in a program and therefore worked hard, ate enough calories, rested hard, and enjoyed results. for the most part, it is that simple.

I would advise reading HST - if anything it's got great principles - more than just being a great program. If you strategically increase weight over time - train your entire body atleast twice a week - and get adequate volume - you will grow. No matter what program.
