To start this log off I'd like to thank IRONCHAMP USA and thebigt for the opportunity to log this stack of HPTA and VOLUME.

These just got picked up earlier today and my first dose of both have been took.

Looking forward to the effects/results.
 
Dosing
HPTA will be took prebed or presex when I'm with my GF.
Volume will be took preWO or presex when I'm with my GF.
I plan to take these this way unless told otherwise.

Diet is a IF/CBL and lifting is a modded for more volume 531 setup.
 
How many details will we get here ;)

Bad thing is my GF will be out of commission for 2 weeks starting tomorrow.
Volume should have me fully loaded by then and ready to shoot some ROPES. :)

I guess I should say 2 weeks for her but she'll still be able to pleasure me. ;)

i can usually tell if it's gonna be a bigun, lol. nice that she is willing to take care of your needs!!!

Same here but visually seeing it is always funner.
You know it's a big load by how many times you feel your balls and shaft pulsate as you continue to keep shooting ROPES.

Yeah my shooting rope days will be coming to an end soon as I just started up TRT too.
Hopefully HCG will keep the boys plump and ready to blast though.

What I did notice last night and this morning is I kept waking up with wood and that's new.
 
Oh and a little funny side note is my GF is going in for a little surgery (that's not the funny part) today and I told her to watch her ass because I might be knocking on the back door while she's still halfways under and knocked out. ;)

HPTA+Volume+TRT=Crazy Hard Wood

Woke up a few times last night with my kickstand out, I think there might be a indentation in my bed, and I knocked over a lamp with it. Lol

This evening I'll take the stack preWO and see how HARD and PUMPED I get....
Taking about my chest, bis, and tris. ;)
 
I'm surprised how fast it kicks in. AI perform takes 2 -3 weeks and after few days I'm swinging better wood with hpta/volume .

Well this STACK and my LOG will putting in work this weekend!!!!

GF just sent me a txt saying we are gtg and cleared for action.
Doctor approved and everything. Lol
 
Just pulled up to my house and HPTA and Volume are about to be took preWO.
Went heavier this morning so it'll be all about that PUMP this evening.

When I took volume I didnt see anything from it, kind of worked the opposite, weird. HPTA definitely worked for me though. I havent tried combining them

So last night I take a double dose of both HPTA ans Volume and let me tell you the Bed HIIT was legit.
2 60-75min sessions and the LOADS that got blasted where EPIC.
I thought The first one was never going to stop coming because it was a 6 pulse blaster that just felt so damn great then the next was 3-4 pulser that left me completely drained. Balls and body that is.
Another session or 2 before we head out for a day of hiking today.

Popped HPTA and Volume this morning then went right to work on the GF.
Everything was on point, hard and swole.

Showered up and hit a 4hr hike threw the Big Sur mountains and now im ready for food, another sex session, then BED.
 
This stack has turned me into a SEX MACHINE....
Wood all weekend and nice loads threwout.
Time to pop another one off before I get my weekly food shopping done.
 
Everything is good in the hood and lifts feel like the more weight I add the smoother they get.
Really working on form and not worring about the numbers for 12wks was one of the best decision I've made in the gym in a LONG TIME.
Squats, Deads, and Bench are now all on the rise but I'll be slowly increasing the weight from now because I made a nice jump last week and don't want to get to greedy because this isn't a sprint it's a marathon.

Haha, OMG! Me, too! I don't think many people realize that too much cardio kills the leg gainz!

Pretty munched dropped the fat and replaced with carbs. 3-5 days a week will look like that the others will be LC. 1-2 real cheats a month consisting of dinner out with the GF and some ice cream and cookies. Nothing to crazy but something out the norm.
 
Woke up downed 4 Volume, preWO, and a few other supps and just went to town on Deads.
Smoked every rep and set with ease and then just went for more and more volume while slowly dropping the weight.
Did a few sets of pullups, curls, rope push downs, and Hex press.
Everything felt smooth and I was looking big and pumped the whole time. Guess the weekend of carbs did me some good. Depending on how I feel this evening I may make today a double day and hit bench or if I'm really feeling it squats.
Jumped on the scale this morning and I'm 230 so up 13lbs since Friday.

Woke up this morning and when I looked in the mirror I instantly said/thought to myself that I looked 10lbs lighter than yesterday so I walked to the scale and BAM it read 220. Down 10lbs in a day and I'll probably drop another 5-8 this week if all goes as planned.
Fornthe next few months my weekends will be filled with active recovery by going on walks/hikes and hitting the river on my quad.
Went riding 2 weekends ago and damn the leg and forearm pumps got CRAZY.
This weekend will be more river riding.

First off morning this week and it's needed.

Probably end up taking a complete rest day then wake up Saturday and murder a nice fullbody session. All depends on how I'm feeling this evening.
