Anabolics easy on the BP

Kickstart7

Well-known member
I Understand that most all anabolics will cause BP issues but I'm looking for one if any that might be relatively mild or easy on BP. No matter what support supps, water intake I have it always spikes on cycle. Any ideas? AAS/DS/SARM?

Interested in this also.

Subbed for info

Is there anyone that wants to take a crack at this?

Really I think your safest option is the mildest option...

Any PH/DS is going to increase RBC and in doing so increase BP.

My bet is aim for "weaker" compounds.

How would LMG be on BP? And gains as a solo run. I know it's not usually a solo run but I'm curious

I would think lmg would not be good. Wet compounds cause water retention which leads to high blood pressure. I am prone to high blood pressure, upwards of 200/140 and feel diet/cardio keep it in check the most. Also use ubiquol and cialis which also helps.

High blood pressure also seems to cause insomnia for me. I've ran numerous orals over the years and cannot sleep on most. The couple that did not raise my bp are anavar, phera, tbol, triumphalis, and mithras. I have less issues with injectable as far as bp is concerned and find it easier to control. Currently on 350 test, 700mg tren, and 350mg trest and bp is around 110-120/75-80. Add an oral in a few weeks and it'll probably skyrocket. Going to try a low dose of m1a and see what it does for me.

thanks for the input!

Triumphalis actually lowered my BP causing me to abort my cycle.

Harley is correct wet is bad for BP you want dry. So legally epiandro aka Alpha Hard or not so legal anavar, epistane, mast prop, Winnie.

what are gains like on epi andro?

Keep the info coming, BP is also an issue for me and I am trying to figure out a cycle that won't kill me !

epi-andro looks promising for a lean bulk from reviews on strong supps !

BP can be managed, but you have to keep a close eye on it while using wetter compounds.
I was using Hawthorne Berry, CO Q10, & agmatine 3 times a day to keep it manageable while running Trest

I've done those with Carditone and cel cycle assist .. I'll try the 3x daily too. Leaning towards epi-andro for a lean bulk/recomp for the summer . It seems pretty mild. Anyone know how suppression is on it?

It has mild suppression for most. Everyone is different so don't quote me as saying you won't have no suppression.

I understand . Have done 3 other Designers and osta. If it's better on suppression and BP than my beloved DMZ I'll plan on taking it

Anything that aromatizes or interacts with the estrogen receptor can elevate bp easily. Test/nandrolone/dianabol/anadrol. Also Equipoise but at high dosages from the RBC Levels. But you could also make the claim on the orals that are more hepatotoxic than others such as superD/MTR/M-1T and just from the toxicity you can see a large increase in bp so lots of variables

This is a very complex topic with many variables at play. Although estrogen may play a role in the pathogenesis, research hasn't actually specifically implicated it's role in hypertension associated with sex hormones in males. In fact depletion of estrogen is actually associated with reduced activation of eNOS which may have a deleterious effect on blood pressure.

It has been established that androgens can independently increase blood pressure through amplification of protein kinase signalling involved with angiotensin II binding. The latest research suggests that androgens can upregulate transcription of effector proteins involved in this cascade.
This has been tested with testosterone and DHT without any difference- so it's unlikely that you will find any difference between any compound that binds the androgen receptor.

There are potentially pharmacogenomic influences that would mean some people are more susceptible than others- but in any case taking a antihypertensive that works on the renin-angiotensin pathways like an ACE inhibitor or angiotensin II receptor blocker would be remedy this.

great Info!! You just blew damn mind!

Currently on week 7 of 8 using AMS 1 & 4. Bought a BP Monitor on day one and BP has stayed around 115-120/70-75 the whole time. I *do* take a ton of support stuff though - Hawthorne/Celery/Garlic/CoQ10, etc... Every other day is 30 min of Cardio as well. Age 48.

Just got blood work and test done after my pct. I had a 6 week cycle of epi. And my BP is 100/62. Pulse at 72. So I mean that's pretty dang low. I don't know how high it got during my cycle but like said before mild is going to be safer, my best guess. EPI-andro is my next cycle in 9 weeks for my cut.

I have always had lot BP 100-110/65-80. I don't know if it passed down genetically, my mother has the same low BP, but I know the feeling somedays i doo feel tired but most days Im ready to go and challenge the day.

Thank you guys!

Cool, I thought that it dropped after running your PCT. If this is something you are used to, then that is probably normal for you.

Damn! That's crazy low. I feel like sh#t if mine gets below 130/75

I guess it's not a for me, I don't really notice anything drastic. Everyday I feel the same, some days i am more tired but that's due to sleep. But I have a lot of counts in my body that are low or lower, like my platelet level is 17k. The normal range is 150-400k hahahah

Most prob do this anyway, but be sure to stay away from pre-workout supps and caffeine on cycle. Even coffee spikes mine!

I haven't used a at in preworkout since before my first cycle and no energy drinks. Just soda and that's about it.

Natto (k2) for BP control? Havent heard from it before for that purpose

Yes, it is a blood thinner and pretty common with regards to regulating BP.

"Nattokinase reinforces the actions of plasmin, your body’s own enzyme that breaks down the clotting agent called fibrin, thereby preventing abnormal thickening of the blood and helping to lower blood pressure." -Dr. Stephen Sinatra

The Benefits of Nattokinase on Blood Pressure

In 1980, while studying physiological chemistry at the University of Chicago Medical School, Japanese researcher Hiroyuki Sumi accidentally discovered that a traditional Japanese soy cheese which had been consumed for centuries, called "natto", had the ability to dissolve clots. His research group published a paper on the discovery in 1987.

"Traditionally, Natto has been consumed not only for cardiovascular support, but also to lower blood pressure. This was confirmed by several clinical trials in 1995, at MiyazakiMedicalCollege and KurashikiUniversity in Japan where the effects of nattokinase on blood pressure in both animal and human subjects was studied. The researchers found that natto inhibits angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE), which has a lowering effect on blood pressure. In one Human Study, Nattokinase ingestion was associated with a 10 percent drop in blood pressure. Natto is a nutritional supplement which is considered safe, However, people with bleeding disorders or on blood thinners should use nattokinase only under medical supervision."

Is Agmatine effective in lowering bp? I've heard of hawthorn/coq10 but not Agmatine for bp
Any n.o. booster will have bp lowering effects

Most anabolics are not that extreme on BP for healthy individuals. The higher you dose is when BP will rise. So either lower dosages or get BP lowering agents on board.

I'm deff very healthy and active. I'm only 22, 3 cycles under my belt. DMZ deff did me dirty though, felt so toxic towards the end. Loved the gains tho. Talked to the doc about BP meds. I'm convinced that my BP goes up a lot bc of how nervous I am everytime I get it taken. I star getting hot flashes and all thar

An Omron 7 Series Wrist Unit is about $60. Walmart has them.
I'll check it out, are they reliable as far as accuracy? I know some aren't sadly

Reviews are good, Consumer reports rates it accurate. I own it based on research. You *do* have to go into the settings and change 1 setting for best accuracy - it's in the instructions. It defaults to taking a reading really fast - maybe before you have it correctly positioned. Changing the setting prevents a reading until your arm/hand is in perfect position (blue light instead of orange).
