No need to cut while on MASS 550. It makes me so hungry, too. Even with the PX White.
 
Impromptu rested today. I was up coughing all night, and when I woke up at 3:30 I just felt really weak. I'm starting to think that this lingering cough is more than just sinuses.

I'll be pounding DayQuil today, and NyQuil tonight. Hopefully deadlifts tomorrow, but I'm not going in feeling like crap.

Exactly. The benefits can't be beat. If only I can move up enough that the pay is ok.

They're starting to, but it's very political. I'm on a fast track to Supervisor based on my work ethic, but after that it's who you know for administrator, chief, or other.
 
It's all the same up here .... Benefits are great, pay is decent but could be alot better.. but also feels like there is a bit more job security than in the private sector.

My first AMRAP called for 350, which 8x would've been an 8's PR and a volume/calcMax PR. It wasn't until I watched the video and re-counted the plates that I realized I had 360 instead. Awesome.

Rest is ultimately more important this time. You feel bad enough to go home and to bed then it's definitely bad. Rest up man. And rest again tomorrow!
