MisterMike's LG Cutting Andro Kit Log

Hello Everybody.
This is my first post and I will be starting a log.
I am running the Cutting Andro Kit from LG (Legal Gear).

Mad props to LG for the fast shipment. Ordered Tuesday afternoon. It was sent out Wednesday morning and it arrived Friday.

I would also like to thank my fellow Co-workers and Friends wmihm and jayo84 for recommending this product from LG to me.


My goals are to lose as much body fat as possible in a safe and effective way.
All while maintaining muscle mass and strength.
My biggest goal is to see me abs in a defined state as opposed to a fluffy state. LoL


My starting bf % is 22.8 give or take a few due to it being measured electronically.
The number may not be correct but it's a good way to measure progress and consistency.

A little backround on myself.
I am in my mid 30's. Served 3 years In the Army and 11 years in the PA Army National Guard.
I work full time for one of the best companies in PA. as a Mechanical Designer.

I will try to keep up on this daily and post pics along the way.

I started the kit on Saturday 28, Feb. 2015.
I am starting my diet on Sunday.
I will be putting my food on the following logs. Saturday log has no food. And I really don't remember what I ate.

Thank you. Im trying to get my post count up so i can host images. But im not trying to troll and make redundant posts. which is hard to do! lol
 
Days 2 and 3 were a bore. I was not able to workout do to migraines.
My diet has been mostly Chicken Brown rice and vegetables.
I try to keep my protein up and carbs and calories as low as possible.

Yesterday I had 3 eggs and I honey wheat English muffin. Then threw it all up 2 hours later.
Then lunch I had 5oz chicken baked in jalapenos and franks Chile n lime hot sauce with 1/2 cup brown rice and 1/4 cup mixed steamed vegetables (asparagus, corn and baby carrots). Then threw it all up an hour later.
I had nothing else to eat for the rest of the day.
Today I am back on track.
I have the andor kit in my system for 3 days now so i am interested to see how my gym experience will be tonight.

Finally got in here! off to a great start man!
 
I suggest A list of current PR's in all your major lifts. I am interested to see if you can smash them while on a cut!

Feeling good!

I am noticing that being on this cutting kit is boosting my recovery between sets.

My lunch will always be the same. Chicken brown rice and mixed steamed vegetables. I sometimes will have that for breakfast too. Like today.

Dinner was 2 of these chicken cheese quesos. I should have suck with one. The second made me feel real full.

I will work on the PR's.
My max bench is 225 for 1.
My max DB bench press is 100's for 4.
My Deadlift is 325 lift plus one clean rep.
My squat is 275 for 1. Ass to grass. None of that half squat ****.

Added some PRs.
 
OH yeah! deadlifts! love it! so you know, my max DL is 335 ,and squats is 325. ;)
 
Those 4:30 Am workout are where it is at. Wake up and hit the gym what better way to start the day !!
 
What is you max bench Jayo84???

Right now 8 sets of 8 with 70lbs and thats twisting dumbbell presses where the pinkies are toward each other at the top.

Day 6: workout felt amazing! I felt real focused and driven. I also do not take pre worout. I just take the LG Andro Cutting Kit.

will do! Here was my breakfast and lunches for Monday Thru Friday.

Chicken ~ 5oz, 3/8 cup brown rice and 1/4 cup mixed steam asparagus corn and baby carrots.
The chicken I coated with Franks chile n lime hot sauce. Jalapeneo and a little cheddar on the chicken.

Awesome work! Glad you're enjoying the kit so far! I love training at 5am! I do most mornings! A lot less people there and most of them are fairly serious- not there to talk. (Although occasionally, I seem to attract the ones that do want to talk! Haha)

Agreed I have recently started going at 430-445 and its sweet. Virtually have the place all to yourself and can do whatever with no more asking "hey how many sets do you have? o you just started FML" haha

Day 7 dinner and workout. Feeling good.
Queso again. Not the healthiest dinner but not the worse either.

Ok so I ended up eating 2 quesos.

However I went from weighing 215.4 since Saturday to weighing 209.6 today.

Good luck. I'm interested in this product myself. Bump for a PA guy ! I lived there for 6 years for my job. Glad I'm out of that state though.
 
I was in the Poconos for 6 years. Watching the poconos die out is depressing because as a child, I went on vacations there a lot.

Week two meal prep under way.

I figured out the macros and my intake for one day of breakfast and lunch is.

2 helpings of chicken brown rice and mixed steamed vegetables.

Calories 732
Carbs 54.7
Pro 90.6
Fat 13.8

Then my dinner is usually about 4 to 5 hundred calories.

I like where my macros are for sure.

Here is my chicken before I bake it.
I soak it in hot sauces and sprinkled some ranch season on them.

Day 8

It started of slow and not wanting to lift but after my second set I wanted more and got more aggressive and intense.

Breakfast

Eating this egg and sausage then in one hour I'm eating one of my prep meals.
Taking my daughter to see Disney on ice so I need to eat breakfast and lunch together.

Yeah its hard. Just care of momma dude. You only get one mom. Don't worry about posting just go workout when she falls asleep and pump the stress out.

Days 10 and 11

I ended up eating a prep meal for breakfast yesterday.
After I took my mom to funeral home I ended up going with her to Applebees and getting fries and queso burger.
Later I got nachos from sheetz.

I did manage to workout yesterday morning with wmihm.

Today I did not eat until lunch and my weight is still 210. So I'm ok with it.
I am back on track today.
For lunch I had a prep meal.
Dinner will be another prep meal.

Today is my wife's birthday so I made her a cake and I'm going to try not to have any.
Well I might have one piece.
