O the top 315 raw attempts were off plan wanted to take it easy on the left shoulder and elbow but I got bitched at again that I could hit it raw that's why I switched if anyone was wondering

Im just kidding man, but on a side note i know some guys on juice who are very weak. Not 315 benchers, not even close lol.
 
There's high schoolers at my gym who brag about the pro-hormones they're on whilst they bench 185 for a few reps. So there's that.
 
I agree on the price point and people improperly implementing them

I pissed away a lot of money on supp last year that probably made little to no different in my progression

I dont believe in 98% of supps. I rarely if ever check the supps section of this board and i work at a supp shop too lol.

Correct cause I was looking to hear that one

Just watched it again, he does talk about leucine. So i wont be spending extra money on intra wo stuff anymore. I removed all intra wo supps for 3 weeks and saw no difference. Stick to some fish oil, whey, creatine, and maybe carbs.
 
He's does recommend Intra carbs and protein if I remember correctly so I use the compete/gatorade it's cheap and I think it does help in my long sessions (tue/Thursday volume) more then my intense sessions (sat/sun) but I take it that day as well to stay in a routine

Other than the typical rows, weighted pull-ups, meadows row and Krocs?

Maybe change up tempo. Explosive reps with long eccentrics.

Herder (I think) just posted about how the mace fried his upper back more than he's done so in a while.

100% true on supplements are supplementary and make up a fraction of your results. You really just need to see what actually helps your goals. It could be nothing with a well balanced diet. It could be just one thing. Many newbs over supplement to make up for bad training and diet, and many vets act like every supplement does nothing. Like most things the answer is in the middle.

I would say most people need to adjust their expectations and actually do some research before falling for adds for crap like canivor protein, glutamine, arginine, etc.

My 2 cents.

So couple of my training partners are going to try to open a gym first just for us then maybe more people we are trying to come up with names anybody got anything clever they would like to share

I would say rear delts and traps the only reason I say that is I feel like the new low bar is compressing my scapula/shoulder area which is causing my issues if that makes sense

Wide grip rows with elbows to the side, facepulls, seated db cleans, kroc rows.

Id just try to keep it balanced for now. If you feel you need more priority in that area id follow rodjas template of press to pull and back to press on upper days. That ways its getting hit when youre more fresh.
 
Defranco has a good vid on YouTube with some good upper back band work mostly. Seems like the guys got you in good shape though. Congrats on the squat/deadlift PRs too.

Lats are pretty sore today shoulders and joints are better thou this preform stuff is great

Tomorrow is lower day
Have paused squat doubles planned with heavy rack pulls and higher rep good mornings can't wait to hit it. so bored sitting at home cleaning the house and doing dishes
 
I tried that approach Cincy you know what that got me every piece of silverware dirty and most of the regular dishes so I had to break down and do them just to eat
