Low bar felt natural today. No back or wrist pain.

Stay tight that's about it 310×8 awsome brother keep it up

Thanks man. Unfortunately I did not focus on tightness at all. Was too worried about my back, wrists, etc. i'll definitely work on that.

Looked strong to me! Congrats on that awesome PR!

It's hard to do man I focus on one thing something else falls apart it's getting better thou... Another thought too are u getting into weights you have never handled yet?

Thanks Mark!

No. Low bar is new to me though. Maybe 4 weeks new... The most I've squatted since switching over is 350, with 370 being the most I've done for a High bar. 350 felt like a million pounds and hurt my back for several days. Today, I think I could have put way more weight on my back if it were prescribed.

I had high bar down pat as far as tightness goes, I believe. Just have to work on it with low now.

Awesome work!! Look great too!!

My little monster is 68# at 7 months

Handsome guy!!! You, too, Thomas! :D

Aww he's so cute! He's gotten so big!

Oops! I'm sorry! Lol She's so cute!

Weights just keep going up....people doubt Wendler's template sometimes because they can't weight to pile weight on, but if you consistently put the work in and autoregulate like he suggests (which really does begin to become second nature) the lbs just keep steadily climbing, 5lbs here, a rep or 2 there.

General piece of constructive criticism: you're walking out farther than you need to. Should take 2-3 total steps to get your footing, and remember you only need to get back maybe 3 in to clear just about any rack. Anything more and you're wasting gas that could be spent on a rep.

Never thought of that. At this weight I don't know if it matters much, but I could see that affecting heavier weights. Thanks Hyde.

Dude you look so serious! great pic.. cute dog

I didn't notice the no-smile until I went to post it. I was smiling on the inside.

Great work in here bro, I've been missing the good stuff. I see you got some chucks, solid choice.

Hey Drew. I'm really liking the chucks. I just wish they were slip-ons.

60s rests on all, extended to 2-3m on the bench work sets. I started with the cuff below my elbow instead of on my bicep and I now regret it. Bicep pain is back.

Here's the video of my pregnant belly, including.how I set up my bench. Our benches do not allow for a band to be wrapped around it, so I will for sure get the kitchen mat Sean recommended. I could feel my shoulders slide down. Never payed as much attention to it.

Really nice top set. I know it's an amrap set but I would make sure I'm locking out all my reps

I noticed that too after watching. Didn't realize I was doing it during.

Sometimes I wish I had someone to correct me, if needed, mid lift. Thanks man.

Heavy and high volume as usual! Nice job! Agree that it would be nice to have someone to correct my mistakes. Want to move to Ohio?

Can we meet half way? Say, Fl? lol

Nice chest work. Lots of reps at 210. Are the pull aparts done with bands?

Alrighty! Thanks for the link. I've never used bands before.

I love banded work. There are so many things to do with them.

Nice benching man.... how you liking the elitefts bands vs your wallyworld ones?

I like the elite way more. I do use the Walmart ones for O&Bs, pull Aparts, looped rows and leg press though. I figure I'd rather put all the miles on those and save the EliteFTS ones for my compound movements and rowing.

Strong work Thomas! I would most definitely not call that a pregnant belly! No where near it silly!

Couldn't agree more... awesome

Fat guy In little coat?

Just saw your video... explosive.. nice

Thanks man.

If you don't look prego when you're benching your arch needs work lol

I had some PB Oreos last night to help with my arch. :)

Sleep was horrible last night and I slept in 8 additional minutes. Lol. I might just be doing cardio or core work today. Hammie's and such aren't ready for DL. I for sure feel those pull Aparts this morning.

No weights for me today.

I helped the wife do some bench press, hammer strength press, and cable rows.

Then I did some resistance cycling and 1:1 sprints.

No Oreos before bedtime! Lol. Big belly = big strength???
