Kickstart's the Alpha-male with Alphamax

Ok so my workout Friday went as follows:

Upper body day:

Barbell bench press: 135@10 225@6 275@4

285@3 295@2 295@2

Barbell incline: basically the same as last upper body day to a T with the exception that I got 225 for 4 reps :) that's the best I've done off cycle of anabolics

My workout is the same as last upper body day for all machine and dumbell lifts. They've all gone up 5 pounds for 4-5 extra reps :)

I'll say alphamax is helping me this far. I'm 3 weeks out of my pct and feel better than before I started :) the forskolin in particular seems like it's helping a lot with leaning out. Libidos up, prob from mucana purines. :) great product thus dar

Been sick for a few days and snows been pounding my college. I accomplished my upper body workout today. Current weight is 198. I started at 201. I believe alphamax is helping me lean out, abs are starting to show through more. Usually I've always had and until my recent bulk, thank god for alphamax! Lol

Highlights of my lift:

My highlight today was my bench press for 225. In cycle I could get 15 or 16 reps of 225 and it dipped down slightly to 12 for a while. After a week with alphamax I added another rep into my 225. So far so good :) pumps are fantastic! Didn't expect it, muscles also feel full. L-dopa is making my nuts look swoll and full as well lol
 
Congrats on the pr man. Sounds like you are maintaining almost everything post cycle which is exactly what you wanted!
 
I hear you with the snow. We got hit on Monday, Wednesday night, and all day yesterday. Already lost one day of April vacation.

damn that sucks! Yea we had our campus closed down yesterday but some brave soul opened the weightroom!
 
So I had Friday off and today off due to spring break. It's throw me out of wack.

Yesterday I had a nasty back/shoulder workout! Pumps from alphamax were good and noticeable as usual. Libidos still up like crazy. And no matter how much crap I seem to eat my abs are still existent. Yes I have oppressed moments where when I go home I eat everything there lol. So far so good for alphamax!
 
I feel you on the binge eating at times with family. Ate a whole banana creme pie myself.

right. There's so much good food at home ? atleast I have the forskolin in the alphamax to help keep me leaner.

Unacceptable to eat everything at home, unless it is an entire cheesecake. Then you're good to binge :D

umm more like 2 boxes of little ceasers pizza. One Friday and one today -_- lol alphamax is deff doing it's job!
