adrenosurge questions???

I don't think this is a coincidence because I have read of other having the same issue but they fix it by dosing it around 4-5 so I will do the same. I've heard that from some. I have deeper sleep, generally. The Rhodiola helps quite a bit with the stimulant withdrawal.
 
While these two restorative adrenal supps are similar, they are best used as:

Rhodiola for energy support (AM/afternoon)

Ashwaghanda for sleep support (generalized hyper-stress states, early evening and even sleep assistance)
 
I've had some crazy dreams with adrenosurge as well. Happens with PowerFULL by USPLabs too. I chalked it up to a wicked deep sleep mixed with crazy subconscious imagination. Slept awesome though!
 
So I have not had any withdrawals at all. I also have notice that it has helped me overcome cravings. I get the same amount of cravings but I seem to not want it as much when I crave it. Does that make sense?

Adrenosurge is gonna help with the withdrawals/winging off stims! Sleep still the same? Some people notice the improved sleep and some do not!
 
So at this point it could be placebo but I think I am recovering faster from my workouts. Ill keep you guys updated
 
Ok I know that me recovering faster is not just a placebo because on Saturday I did german volume training on squats with some rdls leg curls and extensions and calf raises, and I can still walk to day.

About to hit chest today I will let you guys know how it went when im done.
 
I had a great chest workout and light cardio.
Flat bench
2x11(245 failed at 11 both sets)
2x7(245 failed at 7 on second set)
2x3 negatives(300)
Incline reverse grip dumbbell bench(these have shot my strength through the roof)
3x12 (40)
Decline flys
3x12(25)
Cable Superman's
Drop set starting with 12 reps and then 4 reps every time I drop weight

1.5 miles at 4.8MPH (trying to get back in shape. I haven't ran since football season, which ended in November)

I think your right. I don't my sleep very long when I take it late at night but it is very deep with crazy dream and when I wake I feel refreshed and well rested.

Sorry I didn't post my workout yesterday but I did legs it was
squat 4x6(280)
Rdls 3x12 (225)
Leg extension and curls 3x8 whole stack at my gym it doesn't say how much it weighs tho
Leg press 2x5(835) I would have done 2 more sets but started to cramp bad

Today was my day off but i decided to power clean 4x5(255)

Strong cleans! I havent done power cleans in a couple of years!
 
Im liking adrenosurge so for. I have been eating right at what normally is maintenance and have lost 7 pounds while getting stronger(i have really cleaned up my diet tho) . I have notice faster recovery, deeper sleep(but not as long). I haven't used any stims yet but excited to see what I will feel like when I do. I probably will use some next week because of maxing.

Nice! It seems like it is working well for you. The Ashwagandha seems to be helping you recover better, and the Rhodiola is mitigating withdrawal from stims. I would imagine you may have lowered your cortisol levels a bit with the Ashwagandha.

Ya I have liked this alot so far. But I actually had some bloods done as apart of an annual physical and I had low cortisol t3 and t4(which was weird because I had perfect THS) about a month before I started it

Odd. I know my TSH has been up and down a couple of times, but my T3 and T4 always show up "normal". Don't get me started on "normal" ranges, LOL.

Ya I think the normal ranges they set are way to wide as well.
My TSH was .613 out of range .370-6.00
and free T4 .94 out of .58-1.38
T3 99 out of 71-181

Oh I also have really high, high enough to get flagged
Red blood cell count 5.47 range of 3.90-5.30
Hemoglobin 16.2 range of 12.5-15.0
Hematocrit 46.5 range of 36.0-46.0
Creatinine 1.39 range of .4-1.3
Glucose of 102 range 65-99(which was weird because was not aloud to eat for 36 hours before and every other time I've gotten my glucose levels taken it always comes back in the 70's

Them were your lab results after taking adrenosurge....or are you just showing us some past lab results?

Ya i think i could have done more on both but i took some pre-workout for first time since starting. It was ON PRE and i took 2 scoops which was too much it definitely made my stims stronger. But back to my main point i think i was TO STIMULATED so i wasnt as strong. That make sense??

Lol! Maybe for you, but i love being a little stimmed out! Energy through the roof. And i hate ON pre(my opinion)!

I love that feeling to, i feel like a "god" almost, but i feel weaker when i get that stimmed out. I got the ON PRE for free at bodybuilding fitness expo last summer so I'm not complaining. If it was my choice i would always have conqu3r demigod i loved that ****

Agree! Conqu3r is amazing! Ive only had the nonstim though! Lol
 
Man, I love Conqu3r Demigod. That and Katana are the only stimmed pres I even like any more. I can't wait to see what is in the works for the new BPS pre :)

I'm trying out the new Hemavo2 Max later today. SAN Megatron is a good stim free pre as well. Haven't tried the Conqu3r Stim-Free, but may have to grab some to give it a try. I love using Combustion with non-stim pres!
 
Took today off really sore from maxing. I re-aggravated my shoulder my injured shoulder. So i went chiropractor, have been icing all day and about to go sit in the suana

Btw i have a partially torn labarum and i have elongated ligaments, the doctor was actually amazed by how long they are because he could dislocate it with out trying much.
I just have bad luck with my shoulders
