I'm sorry but for the experienced and seasoned lifters, training at such a low frequency doesn't get you much of a result.
I've been at it for 15 years and aside from my very first year and newbie gains, nothing to this day produces better results for me than volume.
GVT being the best by far in the short term.
 
I like DPT training. 10 sets. 10,20,30,40,50,40,30,20,10 reps per set upping the weight each time. By the end you're swole.

This is why is use power building. For my main lifts I use heavy-ass weight but for my support lifts I use volume. So I utilize both methods and ive been making great gains.
