Ostashred Cycle

This logic isn't quite right.

With a half life of 24 hours, if you only dose once a day, your levels will fluctuate by 50%. Say you start dosing 25 mg once a day. You'll approach steady state around a week or so. Then, every morning before your dose, you will have nearly 25mg kicking around your system from all your previous doses. Pop your next 25 and you're up to 50mg of Ostarine in your system. By the next morning, it's back down to 25. That's a fluctuation of 25-50mg every day.

If you instead dose 12.5mg every 12 hours, once you reach steady state, you will have about 30mg in your system before each dose and 42.5 after. Fluctuating between 30 and 42.5 every 12 hours is more stable.

Lol, I'm not sure THAT logic is right. Anyways, I was really just regurgitating what I had read/heard elsewhere regarding the dosing.

The way I see it.

Day 1, dose at 7am - 25 milligrams in your system.
24 hours later, that will all be used.
Day 2, dose at 7am - 25 milligrams back in your system.

I'm not sure about the steady state thing you refer to?
 
So I should switch it up. Taking 1 capsule upon waking and 1 capsule 12 hours later and then repeat at the same times everyday?

That's what I think I'll do on my Osta cycle. It's what you should do if stable levels are your goal. I can't say I know all the reasons why people think stable is best. On the other hand, I suppose there may also be advantages to peaking your levels around a workout at the expense of lower levels later in the day.

If you research it more, let us know what you decide, but I think the general consensus is stable is best, and the only reason you'd dose as infrequently as the half life is if you are injecting and would rather not do it more frequently.

That's not how half lives work. A 24 hour half life means that 24 hours later, half will be gone. You take 25mg, and 24 hours later you have 12.5 left.

The steady state is the point where you have the same levels after each dose (in other words, your intake is in equilibrium with the drug elimination). So if you are dosing once a day, this is how much you have in your system after each dose:

1st Dose: 25mg
2nd Dose: 37.5mg
3rd Dose: 44mg
4th Dose: 47mg
5th Dose: 48.5mg

This eventually converges to 50mg after each dose, which is when you are at a "steady state".

12.5mg every 12 hours.

When people say 25mg a day they are talking about a daily intake of 25mg. Not the total levels that have accumulated in your system over time.
 
DAY 2

Dosing the same 2 caps in morning on empty stomach with fat burner.

Talk about drained, man today was higher carbs and yesterday I felt amazing and today I just feel like total sh*t lol... I don't know what it was but damn! Tomorrow is high carb so hopefully it's better!!!
 
Probably the l dopa, when I took Osta Rx and test power(they both have it) the same thing would happen to me. I just ended up taking them at night time.
 
DAY 3

A lot more energy than yesterday for sure, definitely not lethargy more me getting over a Upper Respiratory Infection.

I got a new PR on seated Barbell shoulder press 220x2 which was a jump from 205x2

Actually went up according to the scale this morning which is kind of weird since I'm running a strict carb cycling diet and I only had 1700 calories yesterday Osta gains? Who knows.

haha sorry to hijack again, but the dreams were crazy! one dream i was a king in the medieval times, i was an ******* but it was awesome haha then the other one i was a gay gangster on the beach, you know how it is! hahaha...
 
This upper respiratory is killing me and it seems like I just can't get out of bed in the morning... Like its life changing or something to get up... Lol.
 
DAY 4 (After Day 7 I will provide weekly updates)

Felt a little sluggish and weak today so I busted out my caffeine tabs and I feel a lot better, I forgot to put in my pre-cycle brief that I had a knee surgery about 7 weeks ago and I currently cannot do legs only light cardio, so I'm having to throw in another chest or back workout every week until I can start doing legs solo again...

Side Effects:
-Loss of appetite, I had to kind of force myself to eat my lunch and wash each bite down with some water but I got it down.
-Fatigued as all get out.
-Feel extremely flat, not really any fullness even though I'm on Creatine Mono and the Ostashred

Nutrition:
Low Carb today, hitting about 1600 calories today.

Workout:
Chest, Calves
(Hoping for another PR)

Weight:
Down about 1.4lbs
This morning- 206.6lbs

I will be following along. I will be starting and logging Ostashed in a week or two from the promo. First time using Osta. I plan on running 25mg for 8 weeks and I also plan on running Nolva during PCT to be on the safe side. First time using a SERM as well. Gonna be a fun 3 months!

Same here, this first week hasn't been so nice because of this Upper Respiratory but I'm hoping for something nice...

The sluggish feeling is from recovering from the infection or is it the stack ur on?
I busted my knee from running with wrong trainers about 3 years ago. So can't really do legs and only mild cardio. Ever since I got this lifesaver around my belly and can't get rid of it!

Yeah I figured it was, was chugging DayQuil all day yesterday trying to get over this... Which worked. I woke up a lot easier than the past couple of days. Yeah knee injuries are nothing to play with... I'm rehabbing my knee in hopes that leg day will come a lot sooner!
 
The osta should help with your knee its been said to help joints and ligaments due to its slight estrogen increasing effects . Let us know how the knee feels as the weeks go on !

Energy is ALOT better now, reaching the end of this sickness, hit heavy back today shooting for thickness, overall great day on Osta!

Insane energy, strength and confidence today!!!! Had a small cheat day and it was great... Also did back, bi's, abs and calves for a late workout.

INSANE strength, was doing Lat Pulldowns and was a peg away(285) from the max the machine would let you do(300)... Which about 2 weeks ago would've been impossible... Same with biceps was doing standing close grip EZ bar curls and I used to use the fixed weight but the 100 I can almost warm up with...
Had to grab the EZ bar and put my own weight on and use the 100 as a drop set on the last set lol... I don't know if it's the Osta or Creatine or maybe a mix of both but I'm loving it!
Great pump too!! Was all swoll up...

This^^. And that's why I'm not the biggest fan of this product. When I ran Osta I had minor estro sides, but was free to dose an AI as needed. Which was Exemestane, but like twice per week at most.

Did you notice any healing impact on your joints/tendons during your cycle ? Soon Im going to run osta I have mild case tennis elbow Hope that stuff will help me with this a little

Yes and no. I have a tear or something in my wrist that seemed to improve and give me little, to no trouble while on Osta. But I also have torn soft tissue in my shoulder that probably only surgery will ever fix. Although it is better now than it used to be, so maybe Osta played a role in improving it's condition.

your osta cycle was 7 week right ? its not a lot to fix tendons/cartilage what if i extend cycle to 9 maybe 10 weeks low therapeutic dosage 10-15 mg ?

Weight: About the same but definitely losing fat around my midsection and my legs so (muscle gain and fat loss causing weight to stand still?) doubt it but just throwing in a scenario...
 
Got cleared to do whatever my knee can handle today... So leg day is upon me brothers...
Little over 2 weeks in and my boys look a little smaller than usual... Guess that's the suppression aye?
