Rest day, kinda.
Headed home to eat some pizza then going to move furniture for a friend.
Now that's funny!!!!U must own a truck lol
I do, but we're using his box truck. I'm being used for my deadlift skills.
Oh Thomas, you're sooo strong, can you help me carry this?!? : puppy eyes :
Holy ****, he had the heaviest bedroom furniture ever. Of course the staircase was angled... If you cook for me... wait...
I hate moving and I never offer to help! :/
Haha, I'll ATTEMPT to cook for you!
Daaaayum. That looks delicious man.
The grill is warming up to throw these bad boys on:

The AM app is acting up and crashing every post and Tapatalk loads when it wants to, so I'll catch up on everyone's logs tomorrow.
I think this is wise. I hope you find out the issue. I know it's not manly but, have you thought about using a pair of padded lifting gloves? Scheik 530 or 540 gloves are padded and the 540 has a wrist wrap (I use these).Another rest day. I just feel like my body needed it. I'm going to call around chiropractors and find one that takes my insurance. My right pointer finger is still numb.

So maybe bring the gloves back for lifts in which the bar is pressing down like bench press and OHP? This is assuming the bar weight is pressing against a hand nerve. My wrist wraps should be in today. I used to wear gloves, and it's not that it's not manly that I stopped. I stopped because it was hindering grip improvement.

Then just do high bar.
When was the last time you had deep tissue massage and trigger points relieved. Try that. Pinched nerves will bring on some other issues like deferred pain. Muscles con contract around the nerves so to speak and cause numbness. I get it sometimes on shrugs when I go over 400. Just throwing that out there as it's worth checking.
awesome stuff man!
Keep up the good work!
Woohoo! <img src="http://anabolicminds.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=115022"/> Holy cow, those things can get tight. How tight do I want my wrist wraps? Tight enough to cut off circulation? Lol
I wrap progressively tighter as I get closer to max weight.
Unwrap and relieve pressure between sets?
As tight as you need them to do what you want them to do. Loosen up between sets. Do you use a false/thumbless grip with low bar squats? Forgot if that was mentioned or not in your numbness talk.
I only wear mine for bench but a few of the guys in the crew wear them for everything
The wraps? I wear them for squats and bench once it starts getting closer/at working sets.
Woohoo! Glad you got your wraps in! I agree with Brian, maybe a deep tissue will relieve whatever is pinching that nerve! How's your FIL btw?
Stubborn. Frustratingly stubborn.
Nice work man, I only use wraps on my top set really. Sometimes on OHP on weights above 90ish percent.
I really can't wait to try them on squats. Dunno if my pressing is strong enough that they make much of a difference. I guess I'll find out on singles week.
Thanks Capo
Man look at u go nice work
Nice work man. Congrats on the presses!
Nice lifting. I'm glad the sleeves and wraps are helping. I have the slingshot knee sleeves for squats and deadlifts. I only use them when I am going to be heavier on either lift. I have the slingshot wraps as well. I use them on heavier lifts as well. If you leave them on your thumb problems will go away or they will just go numb and you won't feel anything in your hands![]()
