200 grams of dextrose post workout?

I'm guna carb cycle, but on my heavy carb days would 200 grams post workout be detrimental to my health? I have an insanely fast metabolism so I can still stay single digit body fat and doesn't that help maintain insulin sensitivity

What is your current macro consumption like and what are your goals? Do you track your calories currently?

Just curious so we can help better. I am a hard gainer and went from 150 -195lbs natty at 6' tall.

One does not need fast digesting carbs post workout, especially that much. Unless you are training for a triathlon daily, and empty all your glycogen stores, it is pointless. Stick with whole food.

Good advice here! Some people who are bulking eat a small treat post workout like cereal and milk, pop tarts, cookies, etc. Dextrose has no real nutritional value and does not even really taste good. Better off eating steak and taters or something IMO
