Getting chiseled w/ ostarine

Not sure if you'll be able to make the gym today due to not being able to leave the toilet from all that TBell!! Just don't do squats or Deads and there shouldn't be any accidents LOL
 
day 18 of osta dosed at 30mg a day.
finally broke my bench pr and got 315x2 also broke incline db pr and got 130sx8.
im actually up 7 pounds since i started and have lost some fat. vascularity is present all day now and my abs are there in the morning hahah.

on day 15 i added pct revolution by muscle sport mainly for the estrogen control but its got some t boost ingredients also.

my 3 buddies also are loving osta and are having good results.
 
Yep. Or try a straight jump to 320 as it may not have that same mental intimidation factor

Congrats man! I was also stuck at 315 for a long time and a couple weeks ago I said screw it, I am going for 320 and I got it. Got past that 3 plate mind fu*k and gonna blow past it next time I lift for pure strength.

Thanks! Breaking pr's is definitely a rewarding feeling. I want that 4 plate mark now, but I'll settle for 365 first if that ever happens haha.
 
How did you gain 7 pounds in 2.5 weeks while eating 2000 calories?
I'll be honest I changed my goal from cutting to more of a recomp. I'd be crazy not to take advantage of the increase in strength I experienced early on and not eat In a surplus for some gains.
I dropped all my fat burners and decided to run them in my pct which is coming up and I'll also be tracking my macros more closely.
 
Im anxious to see your results/side effects towards end and after cycle. Are your friends using DNA as well?
End of my cycle is coming up! Will def share our results with pics.
No sides yet that any of us experienced besides trouble sleeping.
Yeah all 3 of us are using DNA dosed at 30mg.
 
This is my buddy I'm training. He's on the same osta run as me.
Don't have any current pics but this was just a week worth of results for him. 165-173 in 7 days.
His diet is crap also, but he's still been making solid gains with me.

This was my 1 week progress pic. Day 1 I weighed 184. Day 7 I was 192.

Don't worry will post pics of abs and chest at end of run, just at the beg of run we both felt fat.

Haven't logged for awhile.
Today's workout was chest and some shoulders.

Warmup:
Bike 10 minutes
Body weight wide grip pull ups 15,12,10,8

Chest:
Incline barbell bench press 15x155 12x185 10x205 8x225 33x135(burnout)
Flat barbell close grip bench press 5x5 275 40x135(burnout)

Shoulders:
Seated behind the back press 20x115, 20x115, 20x115 30x95
Shrugs 225x10 5 sets

Yesterday I also did chest and shoulders hahah
Incline db chest press 10x100, 10x110, 10x125, 10x100, 10x90, 10x80
Standing barbell shoulder press 10x135, 10x135, 10x135 (only did these while I waited for a bench)
Flat bench press barbell 10x225 5 sets
Incline barbell bench press 10x135 10 sets
Finished off with some curls, tris and shoulder work.

Osta notes-never sore and honestly work every muscle every day if I wanted to. I believe I go hard in every workout but I may need to add some more volume.

No sides and I'm dreading the day this cycle ends.

In this! 30mgs gave me puffy nipples and high estrogen but that's my body. No more then 25mg for me!

What brand of osta did you use?

I used Olympus Labs.
LGD is supposed to have a bit more shutdown, but the muscle gains are supposed to be crazy. Osta is better for recomp/fat loss though.
One video log I watched for LGD, the numbers the guy gave had him gain around 8 pounds in 3 weeks and that is not counting water weight, I believe he used a Bioelectrical impedance analysis. He was using a liquid one though.
I believe only one company has it capped at the moment, Platinum Nutraceuticals.
 
I had people on this board jump my azz when i gained 7lbs in 6 weeks. They said no way could Osta work that good. 7lbs in 2-3 wks is a gain for sure.
 
I thought I was getting puffy nipples also around week 2 so I added an OTC pct and I've been fine.
How long did you run osta for?

I'd like to say a month, but I still ran threw it. It was just a ruff month feeling a little feminine lol, I wish I did that. Right after I was done I went back to nomral within the week.
 
My osta run is coming to an end. Will finish this week strong! Few comments so far: Knee has healed up well, can jog and do light weight squats. Will prob cancel surgery and just go to PT. Strength shot up like crazy! Couldn't bench 315 before run, benched 345 last week. My 225lb flat bench rep out started around 10 and is now at 22 reps. Incline barbell bench press never tried for more than 225 throughout run but I initially could only do 5 sets of 5 at 225. I can now do 5 sets of 10 pretty easily. My incline db chest press went from 100lb by 10 reps to 130lb by 10(just 1 set) Pullups have gotten easy. Beginning of run would just do 5 sets of 5(body weight). Now I can rep 20 wide grip full motion reps in one set. Can't say much about deadlifts since that's always been my strong lift, but since knee injury I stayed away from them and at beg of run would just do 135lbs. End of run I repped 225x20, 315x10, 405x5, 495x1. My max is 545 but I was also a chubby 205lbs when I hit that. Didn't do much heavyweight overhead stuff, tweaked my shoulder at beg of run and didn't want to risk tearing it. Did lots of high reps instead with decent weight. Diet was not in check for the whole run, changed goal from cutting to recomp/bulk. Saved all my fat burning supps for pct. Will update with progress pics 6 days

My bad for the lack of posts.
My run went great! Did a successful post cycle and back on osta currently. This time I'm cutting hard though, no bulking at all.

Was roughly 183 in first pic. I'm 194 in last pic.
 
With my 2nd cycle of ostarine I will shed 17 pounds. I'm currently 192 and want to be 175 by summer.

I'll post results at end of run.
 
Ostarine=insomnia
Past few days, I've just laid in bed past 3 am trying to sleep.
Will pick up a strong sleep supplement today.

Haven't heard to many people talk about testicular shrinkage on ostarine but the past few days I've noticed it during this run. Wasn't present during my first cycle.
I'm not too worried because my pct should reverse it but it sucks hahah. I'd say it's a shrinkage by 40%.
Besides that my cut is going good.
Picked up some OL Ar1macare pro, haven't really noticed anything different yet
