Pes stack?

Is it ideal to stack Alphamine, anabeta elite, erase pro as a daily basis and use ergonine preworkout?

Does a bear sh!t in the woods? Yes keep alphamine abe and epro to 8 weeks, then take break.

Sounds like great stack.

Oh btw, you can use scoop alphamine as pre as well. 2am 1 pre

Take Erase Pro once a day (i took mine upon waking)
Alphamine i dosed 2/1 fashion (2 scoops pre) and 1 6-8 hour later
Stack the 2 scoops with Ergonine pre-workout (endurnace/recovery benefits)
ABE dose as suggested

SICK stack.

That works. Be sure you're dosing your AnaBeta Elite prior to your two largest meals.

Alphamine and Ergonine both have Choline, some people can be sensitive to this so I would suggest taking them an hour or two apart to test out your sensitivity.
Ergonine does not have to be taken pre, it can be taken Intra or even post if that worked best for you.

Overall it's a great stack though :)

Good call! I've been taking Ergonine in the morning and then High Volume before training in the evening. OP, I would try Ergonine one day as a pre and then Alphamine another day as a pre and see which is ideal for you.

730 upon waking
1 scoop alphamine
2 thyrocaps
2 ABE
Apply Absolutely Abliderated

I drink Bcaas through the day until I break my past

12PM break my fast

130 Preworkout
2 scoop alphamine
2 ABE
1 Thyrocap
1 scoop Ergonine
1 scoop Hemavol

Then my multi/fishoil/Hawthorne Berry/Green Tea extrace twice a day with my first meal, and last meal.

This is working awesome for me. I started roughly 10 days ago. Could I get a PES rep to verify that setup is cool? Ive ran all of these products before so I know how each effects me, I just have never stacked them like this so Im wondering if this setup is cool. Sorry for the derail, but I thought offering up what Im doing could help provide food for thought.

^ looks good as long as you have had no issues with the combined choline in your pre workout, I opt for my E9 intra when using a pre.

Personally I would prefer the double dose of Alphamine upon waking, if you needed extra stims for your workout even just caffeine added would be enough.

Your setup looks good to me as well. Like Driven, I'd prefer starting the day with 2 scoops of Alphamine, especially for greater appetite suppression during the morning fast.

Glad to hear that things are off to a great start. Keep us posted on your progress.

And I might swap around my alphamine doses. I'm having a terrible time not eating til noon lol. My appetite is insane! I know as pes reps you can technically condone this, but would many adverse effects come from 4 scoops alphamine a day? I'm 6 foot 2 215lbs right now so I should be good on Y dosing even at 4 scoops which is my main concern with it. And I've never had any issues with choline

4 scoops should (unofficially) be fine to try. Some of us get even crazier than that and lived to tell the tale ;)
 
I did1.5 scoops this morning and I've been fasting for just over 2 hours since waking. Energy is on point but app suppression still needs a bit more. My bcaas are the only thing keeping me sane! Atleast this stacks results should be incredible.

OP, I apologize for the hijack, but hopefully this talk can give more insight to your dosing parameters

Awesome set up. I'd prefer the ABE prior to meals however.
 
I know its early days, but you noticing any change in 10 days?

Yes. I'm noticeably dryer but I also came off of tta right before I started. I look a lot tighter though. Dropped 4lbs while on 3500 cals so that was pretty awesome! Strength is still where it was before I started to drop cals about 5 weeks ago. I feel pretty good! I'll definitely post a thread when I'm done. I took a before pic and when I'm done ill throw up an after pic to see the changes
