Dmax, you'll ****ing love it. Ammonia caps are nice because you can crack one under each nostril. Nose Tork is more handy though.

I have my 100 ton too but I probably won't do a damn thing with it. It expires in a year anyways. I'll be going into nursing. Family is in the medical field so I have some good advice going into it. Already used to shift work. VA hospitals will take a hiring preference over me. ect ect I'll miss driving boats but not the rest of the crap.
Plus think of all the hookups on bloodwork and, um, supplies if you ever go to the darkside some day....

Palms down, arms straight, pull them back to the sides so it looks like your arms are making an A For the L, forearms at 90deg and row back. Every now and then I'll external rotate. Think prone incline DeFranco triple threat

For some reason DB flat bench always aggravates mine, but incline feels fine...but add a barbell and it is the opposite. Go figure.
