Do you use tork/ammonia often? Or is this only for PR attempts?
 
I'll use it for a rep PR set too as long as it is not a ton of reps bc you kinda gotta be under a lot of control for high reps, not all hyped.
 
nice yea i thought about getting out but never knew what to do. i have my 100 ton but the jobs out there for that are hit and miss. and school i would rather do online. just cant see myself being at a desk or anything after all this kind of work. but good luck what you going to major in

I have my 100 ton too but I probably won't do a damn thing with it. It expires in a year anyways. I'll be going into nursing. Family is in the medical field so I have some good advice going into it. Already used to shift work. VA hospitals will take a hiring preference over me. ect ect I'll miss driving boats but not the rest of the crap.
 
thats awesome. yea i would miss the driving boats and sar and cutter life but not the high school drama of a station. i already dont miss it

What is the A and what is the L? Lol

Palms down, arms straight, pull them back to the sides so it looks like your arms are making an A

For the L, forearms at 90deg and row back. Every now and then I'll external rotate. Think prone incline DeFranco triple threat

It was a quick EFS video that I can't find for the life of me now. And thanks dude. Stupid though. Shoulders ain't happy now.

For some reason DB flat bench always aggravates mine, but incline feels fine...but add a barbell and it is the opposite. Go figure.

Exact same for this guy. But flat db benching with the palms facing neutral, lowering to the sides of the pec - that's awesome. No pain, can move a lot of weight, AND still get a low of stretch & pump in the pecs. Lilly suggested that as a builder accessory on his predator bench template, and I fell in love with it.

Wide grip felt good. Bench in general felt good. I haven't benched at my gym in three weeks, so having a competition height bench made a big difference in my setup.
