Chest and Arms Hypertrophy Day
- Speed Bench Press 3x3 160 lbs
- Speed Dumbbell Press 6x3 50 lbs
- Incline DB Press 3x8-12 40 lbs
- Chest Press Machine 3x12-15 120 lbs
- Incline Cable Flyes 3x15-20 30 lbs
- Fly Machine 70 lbs
- Alternating Curls 3x8-12 30 lbs
- Cambered Bar Preacher Curls 3x8-12 50 lbs
- Concentration Curls 2x12-15 25 lbs
- Spider Curls 2x15-20 20 lbs
- Cambered Bar Seated Tricep Extensions 3x8-12 50 lbs
- Rope Pressdowns 2x12-15 60 lbs
- Cable Kickbacks 2x15-20 20 lbs

Added a lot of extra sets/exercises haha
 
BTW I'll try and post my progress pics tmrw! About one week into my bulk and two weeks into using Anafuse.

Sorry ahaha havent been able to log in a couple days

Past week is the end of the six weeks so I've took like 6 tests in my AP classes while working out and working a job.

Feeling strong!

Today's Workout
Lower Power Day
Squats 3x5 235
Leg Press 3x8
Leg Extensions 3x10
Stiff Leg Deadlifts 3x8
Hamstring Curls 3x10
Calf Raises 6x10

Went lighter than my hypertrophy day haha

Why?
I got 30 minutes of sleep last night....
Felt awful and tiredddd

I hate that. When i'm tired and i feel like crap during and after the workout. Usually i dont even workout on days like that cause i know i wont be at my potential haha
 
Try and ignore the disgusting acne scars on my chest....had them since 3rd grade because I had scratched them with my fingernails....regret it so much

Anyone know how any remedies to remove the discoloration?
 
How many calories did you end up going over maintenance?
You should probably start measuring like your arms, that is a pretty good indicator for muscle growth.
How has your strength been?

Coconut oil is great for scars and stretch marks.

I went with your recommendation. (3000-3100 calories daily)

Strength is going up but during my cut I had lost quite a bit.

So its building back up but its nowhere near as when I used to be when I was 175-180.

Hmm, 10 pounds over 2 weeks is quite odd, especially at just that. You look like you only put on a little fat, but the good news is the rest is muscle/glycogen. Was your cut low carb?
Hold your calories at 2,900-3,000 until you see less than a 1 pound gain over a week then add 100. Probably actually weigh yourself daily if possible so you can be more conscious of sodium and bloating.
You will get your strength back there!
