Best muscle perserving supps to date

exactly what I'm talking about. I know I'll be in a deficit with this hard conditioning + weight training after it. It's get tricky to gauge how much I'll need no matter what:
Yes, those who say it's easy dnt know jack. Unless you're on aas/sarms/ds then you will lose some.

Haha! I'm just asking because you said you fear muscle lose, and then later you said you are educated in the cutting and recomping. I've done my homework, and I know I'm gonna lose muscle when I cut. But I don't bitch about it like a little child. If you're so afraid to cut and lose muscle then don't ****ing cut.
Then stop asking dumb questions. Just pm me bro, not in the mood for your idiotic statements.

"Don't cut".. lol

Right now Im using
Alphamine
Anabeta Elite
1 Scoop Finaflex BCAA+SAA (sales are insane on it right now!) whenever I feel like it during the day
1 Serving(15g) Modern BCAA intraworkout on training days
1 Serving Modern BCAA caps before bed (6ish grams)
E9

Working wonders for recovery. Im only using so many BCAAs since Im doing the shortcut to shred routine and its 6 days a week training, every group twice a week, with a minute cardio between every set so my recovery is key. These products have done a great job!

The data shows hydro whey is actually the poorest choice you can make for muscle preservation as far as protein powders are concerned. This is because it is rapidly metabolized and converted to glucose rather then used for anabolism/anti-catabolism

Human data for preserving muscle in a deficit:

HICA
Forskolin
HMB-FA

Leucine trumps them all
