Hey guys,

quick question here - what do ya'll recommend for my 14 year old boy to gain mass? any particular weight gainers? I have heard by eating lots and lots of potatoes will do the trick just wondering what else is available for his age.

Yep like said above just take in all the food you can at 14. if you really want to you can throw in a weight gainer for the extra calories. Check out any mass gainer at Strong Supplement shop. I know how it as at 14 i didnt have a big appetite.

Is he training for a specific sport? If so, does he have any guidance from coaches? Either way, learning how to train properly would be very valuable at his age.
 
100% agree with Breezy. Its awesome that you want to improve already at such a young age. If you can nail down the importance of food and how to train you'll be light years ahead of your peers
 
Keep on eating, food is the key/diet it does matter what he is training for, football or XC, either way its a great idea to adapt a healthy relationship with food now instead of later. Unhealthy relationships with food can be a slippery slope, this is from past experience. But at 14 have fun with it, to new recipes and eat eat eat

Eat lift eat sleep repeat! That's what you need for them gainz :)
