Alphamine or target-a2

I have both, started my anabeta elite 8 week run Monday. I want to curve hunger and drop a few lbs faster. Which one would you run first with ABE? Alphamine claims to have "innovative LBM preservation system" so should I use this towards the end of my cut when my BF% is lower? I'm at about 13.5% right now
 
Norcodrene + Burn 24 + ABE would be my recommendation. the HICA is the "lbm perservation system", you could use Amino IV for your HICA or Ergonine. but Alphamine is perfect for any time energy, more harder hitting than norcodrene.

2 scoops in the morning and 1 scoop pre-workout is a good option, especially if training late in the day. That said, I'd recommend trying 1 scoop first, to assess your tolerance.

Yeah I'm usually in there around 8-9pm every night now. Thanks I'll give this a try
 
Also when they say take it with an empty stomach in the morning am I not suppose to eat anything at all? I hope not Lol

Do what fits your routine the best, but try and take it away from food as much as possible. What I tend to do is drink Alphamine pretty much immediately after waking and then end up eating my first meal a half hour or so later as I'm preparing to go to work.

Smart call here. You want to make sure you are fasted for when you take it. If possible, I'd suggest taking it and then not eating for an hour, but like Aleksandar said, it's all about making it fit in with your lifestyle.
