I have received a few nasty email, and some very nice one's about Platinum Nutraceuticals shipping info. We are behind a day or two on shipments, some of the problem is the vast amount of orders received (Thank you) we also had a delay at Customs with (1) incoming order. Please bear with us and understand we are doing everything we can to get your orders filled in a timely manner. We are having a few Growing Pains but strive to give you Great Customer Service. Thank you all!
 
Again sorry from us, just like rocket mentioned we have had a HUGE welcome from a lot of people and therefore a lot more stock was ordered than originally thought.

Please bear with us, we want to give you the best possible customer experience as possible.

Update from warehouse;

We are working on getting everything out the door right now, it's always tough
with new product releases as it's tough to really understand what has to go on
behind the scenes. If most of the ingredients were available in the US we would
be rocking and rolling, however were left in limbo sometimes waiting with
customs and shipping
 
Thanks for the update...2 things; Which product was held up in customs? And do you ship out of Dallas?

Both SARM's and (1) other product, ship out of Florida and Dallas. Thank you!

Can you get me a tracking number for my order..? Its Order #154 placed on 2/4

It says it shipped last week.. would like to track it

by the way, this not for the sponsored bottle of 11 oxo, but I'm also still waiting on that too :)

I believe all of the people who ordered sarms incorrectly received a shipped email. I believe those are going to be shopped out today. Let me double check for you brother. Did you email customer service to have your 11oxo and your other bottle shipped out at the same time. if so that is probably the reason that it hasnt shipped out yet.

No Sarms ordered this time around, just Andro 300.

I did email CS the day i ordered the Andro 300 to see if they would ship it with the 11 oxo, but never received a response.

The Andro 300 said that it was shipped i believe on 2/5...

Not worried or anything, just trying to plan out the final phase and get ready for my Log :)

My I also recommend putting in a request for a tracking number at the bottom of the Order Confirmation page of the check out just below the coupon code.
This may help in the future as it doesn’t seem to be a SOP as of yet. I will continue to look into already placed orders though

Did that on all of my orders; including the most recent orders. No response. No worries though, I trust the company will get the orders out.

I emailed customer service last night and then I also sent a message via my account on the website
about the order i received yesterday. Order #154.

No response as of yet.....Im not really too worried, Im sure you guys will get to me, but wanted to make
sure your getting the messages and theres no issues with the website :)

We got all the SARM orders out yesterday,USPS priority mail

Thanks for voicing your concern. Hopefully this can be resolved for you, I'm sure it's something simple that they have missed.

Got my package, No worries there :)

but I think the bottle leaked some. Bottom of the box was moist and
the bottle was only filled up about a 1/3 of the way...

Thats where I sent it last night about 6pm EST and then a sent a second one about 6am this morning via the
message system from my account after logging into the website.

From customer service;

The Andro 300 is only 1/3 full at 90ml. Some time bottle does seam damp do to sealing process. Sorry !
 
My order still shows awaiting fulfillment...but just rec'd my package in the mail...FY to the I :)

I guess they are working harder to get the orders delivered, than they are updating the system !

Thx Rocket.... appreciate the quick response. Now if I could only find out the my 11 Oxo is for my sponsored log :)





On a side note... If I could make a recommendation about the bottle...

it would be for PN would be to use smaller bottles.

I really liked what IronFlex did with Formabolic.

They put 60ml in a bottle half the size of the Andro 300 bottle and it was filled more then t 3/4 of the way up.

Its all a matter of perspective..

A big bottle with nothing in it or a really small bottle filled all the way up.

From a marketing standpoint the bigger bottle looks better,

But from a customer satisfaction standpoint, the full smaller bottle is a better option.

It just feels like you got your money worth :)

Completely agree.
I'd like to see the 90ml in a 100-110ml bottle so it'll be full with the pump/straw installed with a little room so it can be shook and mixed well when it's new.
Either that or sell it in larger quantities using the same bottle. That would make it a 12-16wk run at the max dose.

actually I like your Idea as well.. Why not put 180ml in the same bottle and have it set up for an 8 week run just
like Olympus Labs did with DermaTrest or TransForm :)

You could even offer it in 2 sizes if you didn't want to get rid of the lower price point for those that only need 90ml.
 
Plus Epiandro can be ran for 8+ weeks no problem.
I've ran it for 12-16 weeks with bloods showing no negatives.
Andro 300 with some oral Trest is going to be EPIC!!!!
