Article: 10 Proven Benefits of Blueberries (No. 3 is Very

Yup. First hand experience, #8 is ON THE MONEY. Berberine and other GDA type ingredients and products have not been as effective for me in controlling blood glucose as anthocyanins have been (specifically C3G). My non-fasted blood glucose fell in the fasted blood glucose range after having used C3G for awhile and insulin sensitivity remained high even after extended bulking diets (you can tell this when you sweat real easily right after a meal and this maintains even after months of a bulking diet).

Can u elaborate on what sweating after a meal indicates. This happens to me at certain times of the year. Particularly after a bulk when trying to lean down. I will start to sweat from my head as I am eating.

When you have decreased metabolism, the post meal "heat" and typically sweating (if it's a large enough meal) is reduced.

This is if you don't have underlying health issues of course.

No underlying issues that I am aware of. No diabetes or prediabetic condition. So if I sweat from a high protein meal that shouldn't be a red flag. When I eat w others an sweat they all look at me like I'm a freak. Granted I'm 4-6 inches shorter and 20 lb heavier than them

Other things I look for to gauge if my metabolism is in check or not as well as insulin sensitivity:

- Muscle fullness/pump post meal.
- Vascularity post meal.
- Non-fasted blood glucose levels.
- How much I sweat during my workouts.
