Ergonine

I have reviewed ErgoNine before the release with a few samples Athletix sent me, but let me chime in on how this is working for me ATM

Recovery and Endurnace:
This is where the product shines, There is no question the amount of HICA, LCLT, betaine for a pre-workout dose is aiding me and my workouts from start to finish and from day to day recovery. DOMS is reduced and my rest between sets is minimal. Yesterday was the first time I deadlifted in over 6 months. I did not know what to expect as a buddy asked me to do a challenege and called me out. Bodyweight for Reps was the challenge, and he said that he got 26 reps, so i had to do 27. I put 170 on the bar (Weigh 171) and busted out 40 reps with still some in the tank. A personal PR by a long shot

I will also note that i sense a good touch of pump being added to the product like I guessed when i did review the product. I do not know if it is because of what I stack it with but that is probably a great cause. For a non-stim pre this is the real deal. Great flavor, Good mixability, and most of all will help you power through workouts without stims. I do not use stims often, but i can note the difference in my workout with Ergonine. You get adequate LCLT, Creatine, Betaine and HICA which is a key factor to a leucine activator as well which stacks great with BCAA's for a fasted workout.

Great job Athletix, you guys nailed this one, and you will always see me suggesting this from here on out as one of my favorite non-stim pre-workouts on the market.

Nah you guys have plenty of HIGH reviews becasuse I'm from Cali and like my MMJ too.
Straight up E9 is dank/good sober or high but while high your likely to have a extra half serving becasuse it taste that damn good.

It might be a lot easier to take E9 at once and solo HICA or Leucine later, but you can do it that way too.

The ingredients working by saturation will work just as well, as will the hydration complex.
The only real difference may be that your pre-workout dose wont be giving as much effects for your lifting as it is 1/3 dose.

I haven't seen any Carnitine/choline studies comparing dose timing but as you can get the benefits by adequate dietary intake i see no issues.

It is nice that the HICA dose is large enough for split dosing to be an option with Ergonine

Cheers Driven, I will experiment. Once I'm paid I will be buying a few tubs. Not sure why this combo of ingredients hasn't been done before, E9 and High volume take care of my bulk powders.

Great feedback as always Bob, we appreciate that type of info to share with everyone as I think you highlight many of the great benefits Ergonine provides.

I don't normally bother with supps; I save my money for the "other" supps, but I think I will give Ergonine a shot. Price looks decent and it's good to have all the basics covered in one product.

Took my first serving of nanaberry today with 16 oz water and 5 ice cubes. Best tasting supp Ive had hands down. Gave me a little pick me up before work too. I like it a lot! Cant wait to stack it with alphamine tomorrow preworkout!

Which flavour alphamine you mixing with?
 
Also will be using blueberry pomegranate hemavol but will probably drink that separately due to a flavor a clash.

Will do! Im starting Jim Stopannis shortcut to shred tomorrow (looking to change up my training a bit so I decided to try this out), and Im interested to see how much this can aid my endurance during the cardio portions. Ill report back! Any input on what flavor alphamine to go with for it? Cherry Limeade or RL?

Are you planning on mixing them together? If so then Cherry Limeade as I think RL will clash with Nanaberry too much. If you mean in general, both are great so whatever appeals to you more.

Yes mixing. RL is fantastic on its own so Ill save that one for later. Stoked to try this!

Depending on your time frame, and when you use Alphamine, a few people have done E9 an hour before workout and then their pre right before workout like normal so that's an option as well

For the first question, first of all wow that is a big order lol
We can't really discount any further because our profit margin is cut pretty big by the time you get the tiered pricing and my code added, it is barely above our production costs with all of the ingredients we packed in.

This is a first for me but I might recommend ordering just the 12, because by the time you are through those in a year we will probably have new flavours you may be interested in as well
 
I'm actually going to resell them for 3x the current price since the other 6 were sold for $69/each, I seriously do not know why the local people are so into l-carnitine, some people even inject liquid l-carnitine around here. Alright. I'll hold on to 12. Gonna order tomorrow. So that's 12 + discount + the 10% off on top?

And yes carnitine seems to be a big thing marketed in supplement shops right now, local ones to me here have signs out front advertising it.

They are selling l-carnitine though, and the LCLT we use is much, much more beneficial

These are the local meatheads who will bite at anything you tell them. I've built quite a reputation to the gym since I got really shredded before. Also, can easily sell this to rich folks. I once sold BSN N.O Explode(extremely famous around here) but I sold the non-stim version. They saw that it was a new label, they bought it at $110/each. That was like $80 profit per tub. Then they felt that it didn't hit the same as before.

Lots of ingredients in Ergonine that I've forgot which ones are exactly in it, but the ones that definitely stand out to me are the Betaine (I normally don't use this cause I'm too lazy to mix tons of ingredients together) and the HICA (which I assume is responsible for what I'm feeling). Better recovery, better endurance, better pumps, and more explosiveness. I love this stuff.
