In my line of work and the size of the County I serve less people around the better. Everybody wants to know what everybody else has been doing and I go to workout not gossip and be questioned about everybodies business.

Brief Update
Tomorrow Monday International Chest Day Be bumping up to 2 caps 5Hd a day everything else supplement wise staying the same.

Guys found my way back! This week's been a cluster F%#K . Anything that could go wrong did and been running my butt off but still managed to get some workouts in.

Tuesday Back Day
Shrugs 225 6x6
Seated Rows 180 6x6
DeadLifts 235 6x6
Lawn Mowers 90 6x6
Lat Pull Downs 145 6x6
Ended with 15 mins on row machine.

Upped to 2 5HD's on Monday and still 2 Scoops RagNOrok Elite Pre. No side's from either joints feeling great no aches nothing hurts during my workout or after. No mood swings only thing I've noticed is appetite has increased.

Wednesday should have been Shoulders but I got off at 0700 and went to put "Kleio" in her kennel and found a gyser in the backyard. Damn Hydrant froze and broke well so much for the Frost Proof title. Wind out of the North 30 mph temp a 20 degree's so change out of uniform and into my insulated bibs. Needless to say after much colorful language among other things. 30 minutes with post hole diggers 45 minutes with sharp shooter and guessing about 40 gals of water bucketed out of the hole I reached what I had been after the bottom of the Hydrant. Froze by this time so in to warm up.1 hour later back out removed old hydrant now off to town to get new one. I mention I live in Southwest Ks. in small town.Nope I forgot that part well nothing like that in town so more colorful language and now Wife is helping with the language and a 30 mile trip to get the Hydrant back home more semi froze water to bucket out and hydrant replaced. Now its time to get my little man from school. But at least water back on!

Called it good for Wednesday figured I got Back,Chest , Shoulders,Cardio and Core from hanging upside down in the hole not sure on the weight or the reps but I was beat.

Thursday Shoulders Right Wrong !!!

Up take little man to school came home 2 caps 5HD and 2 scoops RagNorok Elite headed to gym. Duty Calls
K9 needed not in my county but county I'm on call for due to Handler having shoulder surgery. Now I know how a Mali feels all jacked up and 45 minutes to get to the call and of course it's hurry up and wait. 2 hours later deploy K9 30 minutes later headed back. Then other county calls and needs additional K9 call they have needs more then 1 K9 so off to help there. 3 Hours later headed home. Then time to feed LiveStock cow's horse's chickens goats. Damn I love my life. PIssed off at the world and said as bad as I hated to screw it for my workout mood was gone.

Friday Shoulder-Cardio-Bi's,Tri's

Military Press 150 6x6
Arnold Press 75 lb DB 6x6
Plate Raise 45 lb plate 6x6

Cardio 20 minutes row machine 20 minutes Stair Climber

Bi's 45 6x6 Tri Extensions 90 4x25
Curl Bar 90 6x6 Tri pull downs 90 3x30 wide grip close grip and medium grip

Now guys sweat pouring off of me but still could have done more awesome pumps and recovery Loving this combo still no soreness in joints I can't believe this 5 HD wish I'd know about it earlier

Weekend off Post updated weight and stats on Monday if the bottom doesn't fall out again.
 
Still getting it done though man! Shame about everything that went wrong though.

I got to get myself some of the 5HD.. I find I get joint pain in my elbow at the moment so sounds perfect, I know a lot of people rate the joint benefits.

Still outstanding pumps and fast recovery,RagNOrok and 5HD-Lax was put to the test today and they both came out on top !!!

Damn Sure on that and my phone was dead had veins that looked like road maps would have posted a pic. But Dept knows my routine and found me just got home from chasing my K9's tail. Ain't no rest for the wicked !!

But woke up and weather beautiful out. Took 2 scoops RagNOrok 2 caps 5HD and went on a 4 mile bike ride.
Got back and me and the wife went on a 2 mile walk. Think I'll call that good for my workout today
gonna kick back and enjoy The finer things in life and enjoy my day off !!

Be puttin in work tomorrow !!

live in the country so riding in sand. Took 8 minutes you know sand slows you down hahahaha

I love the 6 rep range... You can go heavy but not too much that form breaks down.

I got myself some 5HD on the way so really looking forward to that :)

added 20 mins row machine and 20 mins stair climber on to finish out.

This should catch me up a bit. Gonna also let you know starting tomorrow will be using GSN NitroNox Strawberry Kiwi Pre gonna start out at 1 scoop

Hear That on the NitroNox gonna give GSN a Log on this stuff instead of a Mini Log. See what it and 5HD-Lax can achieve !! It's all good on the other some things just aren't meant to be!

I think you will like the NitroNOX. Have you tried any yet? I have logged 2 days I think. I will log 2 more this week and maybe a few more after that. I am looking forward to your posts on this :)

Leg Press only using your toes instead of legs more for your calves

Indefinitely man I ran it for 4 months or so with zero negative side effects

Yep sure have haven't tried it in the gym yet. But awesome for splitting wood digging out Hydrants and fun stuff like that. I'm sure it's gonna be awesome in the gym
