Tren, Msten, and Stano Log

Has anyone ever used a greens supplement? I don't eat much fruits or vegetables, would I notice anything from it really? Or would I be better off just drinking a fiber supplement?

I take a greens supplement every day. Helps with digestion and overall health.
 
I think I probably will get a greens supplement here soon, which do you recommend? I was planning on getting the Controlled Labs Orange Oximega Greens Spearmint.

Also, I'm getting ahead of myself here and not entirely sure if I will actually do this, but what do you guys think of a 6-8 week cycle of Dermacrine, Epistane, and maybe Ostarine in a couple months to try and cut some body fat before summer? It all just depends on dates, money, and all that stuff.

Tomorrow is my last day of Msten and I ran out of Tren a couple days ago. I will probably run the Stano until I run out. PCT plan right now is

Nolva 20/20/10/10
Clomid 50/50/25/25
Super PCT 4/4/4/4 or 4/4/3/3/2
Exemestane not sure I was thinking 0/0/12.5(maybe 25)/12.5/12.5eod/12.5eod

Any input on the Super PCT and Exemestane?
 
I'm just finishing off the Stano now, 2 grams today and tomorrow and then a little more on Monday. Should I start Nolva and Clomid Monday night if I only take Stano in the morning? I will also be running the rest of my Cycle Assist until it runs out probably.

Does higher doses of Stano cause joint pain? I've been having achey joints today and the only thing different is my dose of Stano.

I will be starting PCT in the morning. 50mg Clomid, 20mg Nolva, 4 Super PCT. Is two doses split morning and night good for Super PCT? Should I make sure and take everything after food or does it matter? I never really paid that much attention to my doses for PCT last cycle. I will try and get some pictures up and a final review soon.
 
I have always taken all my Sup3r Pct at once. May get differing opinions, but I prefer to take it opposite part of the day from my SERM. Plus that ZMA dose close to bedtime will help with sleep quality.

I was kind of curious about that actually. I've been wanting to try a ZMA product, so I think I will give it a go all at bed time. I just always see people recommend to split it up. Last cycle I divided it up two or three times a day I think.
 
I just feel that the doses in it are meant to be taken in full at once. 4 caps is 50mg Arimistane, split 4 times is only 12.5 each. Kind of low.
 
Final thoughts

Starting weight 198.
Ending Weight 215.
No noticeable increase in body fat.
Slight increase in acne although it wasn't under control to begin with.
No substantial strength gains, although I was only training in higher reps.
Sex drive was not really there, but I could still have sex when needed.
Lethargy, could almost fall asleep at any point on most days.
Increased anxiety and random increases in heart rate.
Noticeably more winded and tired from easy things.
Headaches until I upped my cycle support.

I'm sure I missed some stuff, just ask if there are any specific questions.

I started PCT today. Dosing is going to be

These are around the same day. The one with no shirt is from a day off, I feel like I look a lot better just looking in the mirror than I do in a picture. Does anyone have any guesses on where my bodyfat is at?

Looks like the cycle was a huge success. Keep the gains through PCT and work harder than on cycle.

I'm pretty happy with it, and that's the plan. I'm switching back over to PHAT so I get both rep ranges of training in for PCT.

What's a good pre workout that just gets you hype? A lot of them just make my stomach sick and make my heart beat like crazy.
