Nice bench PR man - doing work. My bicep tendonitis come from having my hands a bit too close on low-bar as well, just like L&S, but they manifest themselves only during bench usually. I bumped my grip out on squat, and that seems to have me just as strong but doesn't bug me so bad.

My eliteFTS regular elbow sleeves are really nice to help manage the pain if it shows up sometimes benching. Definitely lets me get more work in before succumbing to the pain if it's bothering me.

I bumped my grip out on squat, and that seems to have me just as strong but doesn't bug me so bad. I do have to play with my squat grip, but low bar is only a couple weeks new to me. I also had my HB grip really tight too.

The knurling on the bar is a little more worn down this week. Almost perfect. It didn't hurt and I almost contemplated not using chalk on 350.

350x7 would've matched my PR, but I wore shorts today that run a little high when I lean over, and by the the time I got to 350 I had skinned rubbed off about 4" above both knees. It's all I could think about every time the bar touched it, and a couple times I felt like I was trying to hold the bar away from it. Ghey.

I'll never wear these again for DLs.

Anyway, by the time I was done with the banded DL my lower back was throbbing. Made everything else hard. I should've used a belt on the FS and GM too...

Rest day. I was just tired.

This will allow me to switch some days around. Instead of upper back I'll do OHP/chest tomorrow, then upper, then legs. My chest will be more rested for the next workout.

Today is day 18 with MASS 550. My appetite is through the roof and I am noticing more aggression (it hasn't come out yet). I'll make sure I utilize that in the gym.

Did I say I was hungry? Next week I'm going to add a lot of whole fruits to my diet. They tend to fill me up and you can't just scarf them down.

I need to go online and note down the band resistance and the names of them. Which one does he use for spider crawls?

I cannot wait to use them.... I'm going to look like a noob getting used to these as opposed to my other ones. Still gonna use the others on the leg press and maybe some other things. If hate to waste them.

This is solid advice, but he trains in a commercial gym :( Elite's CS is legit, no doubt

I'm not supposed to use hand chalk either, so eff them. I'll baby powder my quads...
 
Use an end pocket on a gym back, put a grocery bag in it with chalk or baby powder and a rag on it. Sneaky sneaky.

They also don't allow bags on the gym floor, but I've been doing it for over a year. I'll just put it next to my other chalk container:

Well, at least they haven't said anything yet. I just see the signs. They also have signs saying closed-toed shoes are mandatory, but for the longest time I DL'd and squatted bare-foot.

Solid pressing man. Did u do Amrap on the 531 set?

Yes... I should've had more reps on the 145. I stalled half way up and tried to reset on the chest, but no-gp. I may have squeezed one more out on 115 but I wasn't pushing it. It was also beltless.
