Help with a cut?

I am not new to PH's and I am familiar with most of the bulking ones. M-Sten, DMZ, LMG, SD, etc.

However I am looking to do a cut and am clueless on this side of things. Any sort of PH that helps with a cut?

I am roughly about 5'7" 170lbs. Sitting at probably 25% BF. Took about 6 months off lifting and I am wanting to clean up some of the fat I gained before getting into a lean cut.

My overall goal and wishes would be to keep my weight and just drop the BF% to about 10-15 and then slow bulk. I just hate the feeling of getting smaller. I was told that recomps are almost impossible so I was wanting to see if it is possible with the help of a PH?

How long have you been back lifting since your break?
 
Look into Epi-Andro/Stano products as well..
 
For my upcoming cut I am stacking EPI andro and 1-andro. Should be nice. Again like said above look into Epi andro.
 
Haven't started yet, Just planning things out in the future. Will tune in the diet and schedule before bringing something like this in.
Just making sure you get your strength up as much as possible before jumping on ph. Don't want any unnecessary injuries
 
Yeah I understand. I know I will get those noob gains back and get to a point where I stop progressing. Then I will bring this into the mix. I am looking at a Epi Andro/1 Andro mix at the moment.

About to run that same stack starting in March for my cut
 
Can you get your hands on some Epistane? That would be the way go.
 
I also recommend Ostar1ne on a cut. Will maintain LBM while in a deficit.

But just being honest, at 25% BF, a calorie deficit with carb cycling an a bit of HIIT will work wonders over any supplement. Your body will also respond better to hormonal products with a leaner physique as well.

I second this. Unless you have a competition you need dried out and cut down for you can deff achieve a good cut with the right diet over time. I'm all for anabolics but if they aren't needed why not try diet and training first? IMO tho do what's best for you obviously!
 
I do plan to work the diet and training into a groove. Once everything is going good I want to add it for not only the fat lose but for strength.I wont be using it anytime soon but I just want to get everything ordered and laid out for when its time. I plan on 1-Andro and Epi-Andro.
 
How bad is this epi andro/1 andro on tour liver?
I need a stack also for cutting, will I need to add anything else to it?

if you are cutting you could add 11 oxo
Epi andro is going to be light on the liver but it converts to dht so it is not going to really add on size it will help with maintaining strength and should help, depending on the dose, with providing a hard look but it is not really a muscle builder

getting to 15%: and staying the same weight entails a 34lb swing you'd have to lose 17lbs of fat and replace that with 17lbs of muscle. There is just no oral cycle that can do that. My suggestion is get down to like 15% naturally and then think about cycling. Honestly alot of the cutting compounds you can't even see the results till your much lower in bf%

Not trying to dissolve you bro but your body fat is way too high too use steroids too cut you would likely bloat worse and have estrogen issues get your diet and training in order the fat will fall off by that time you'll have some strength and definition if you want to do a cycle then go for it. But you need to training natty till you get a foundation

What BF% should I get to natural before doing 1-Andro/Epi-Andro?
 
I planned on getting down to about 18 before I started but I could keep going.

Honestly bro going from 20 to 10 percent is easy keep training and count macros make sure you are in a deficit and the fat will melt away it's going from 10 to 5 percent where anabolic come in when you are that lean your a catabolic mess high cortisol low test getting that lean natty means a lot of muscle loss. Steroids are too achieve what is not naturally possible you if you can't build a good body without them you'll only screw yourself up with them hit you limits first 70 percent diet 25 percent training 5 percent gear
