Starting dermatren and dmz tomorrow. have a few questions

Should I take the dermatren at the same time as the dmz? or separate times? gonna start at 60 for derma tren.

what times in the day should i take them? I have tudca, liv52 and cycle assit as well.

Take one dose before a workout and then the other dose 12 hours later. Take cycle assist a couple hours before or after your ph dose. I work out first thing in the am so I dose at 4 am, take cycle assist about 8, ph again at 4pm then cycle assist at 8pm.

So should I take the Dmz the same time as the tren
 
Also as stated above, try and get a dose pre workout and the other dose the opposite end of the day as close to an even split as possible.
