And thank you this setup seems to be working good

I wish I had that much gym time during the week.
 
I wish I didn't lol that would mean I was working and not sitting at home on my ass collecting unemployment at 1/4 I get paid

I didn't mean that aspect... Gotta be careful what I wish for.
 
Nice work Dmax!!!...I wish I could get paid to workout!!! Then we could have both- a job and workout as long as we wanted! Lol
 
Thanks Kat that's a good way to look at it. Just wish it was a bit more so we would stop falling farther behind week to week

I have discovered this week that coco roasted almonds on my counter top is a bad idea I eat a serving every morning but after that I find myself grabbing 1 almost every time I walk by which can add up so they are moving to the cabinet lol

Good thoughts on recovery I especially like the thought about developing a routine before bed I've been doing some like that for a while but now I'll try to make it more consistent

I do ok on low Cal days eat a lot of veggies and cheese I also drink a lot of tea and water and try to time my meals out

Razor 8 is good like the pumps could be higher on stims imo but I am very tolerate

awsome day first time ever in briefs and handled it pretty good. Felt pretty comfortable really 600 wasn't as bad as I thought it would be moved good too I was surprised I think the guys were too

****ing missed 525 again just didn't get my hips through as u can see by the videos 420 was smooth like butter could have gotten a couple more I think

Awesome stuff, man! Looking burly these days. Try to keep your back tighter on pulls, it'll make breaking the floor harder but lock out will be easier. You pretty much have to lock out with all back right now.

Saved about 1300 calories tonight for another birthday dinner I hope this is the last one so I can stay on track with my diet these weekends are killing me

Super fast on those squats, and I didn't believe you were going to fail that DL as fast as that shot up until it happened.

I guess ice over heat if it was an immediate injury. If you've been feeling it for a while, I would go with heat. Is it the lat tie in? That's what's been jacking with my right RC.

Right under the armpit back side so would say yes right there. I've been mashing it there and it hurts then the pain goes

I dunno man. I've just laying into it with the beastie ball, stretching, and some thoracic mob (side lying windmill) Let me know if you find anything good that works.
 
Another thing I need to look at too is back work rob pointed this out a few weeks ago I do a lot for pressing think I'm going to drop bench press on Thursday in favor of something better
